Novotel Bangkok Silom Road Hotel

Good breakfast; fresh salad; recommend for VEGAN; Room is very clean and quiet; Location is relatively easy to go. Excellent and honest staff. I lost my phone in the hotel, and the team returned it to me in the room.

The hotel was comfortable, clean, convenient, and adequate in every respect. It is not trying to be a luxury hotel, but is very attractive and entirely satisfactory for travellers looking for nice but moderately priced accomodation. I found the staff consistently helpful, friendly, and professional - front desk, concierge, brakfast room, lounge and bar on main floor, and room service. Special thanks to Sasi and colleagues at the front desk for their assistance and friendly nature throughout my stay.

Absolute best Location hotel I have ever stay- great city view for the value for money. Surrounded by great varieties of local street foods, multicultural cuisines, close to Chao Phaya River Pier while in a form of tourist you can touch the local life style. Staffs are kind, friendly and polite.

. Lobby could Hv been a bit more bright with a nice chandelier to enhance a warmer feeling. Since the hotel offer a nice city view - A roof top bar n restaurant could also consider as a future project can surely generate more revenue - this could add greatly a nice facility to the guest as well. . Bathroom and washing basin as comment in the room facilities section. . Bath Towels need new one please bcos it was so torn apart.

It’s located in a very nice area, with Lebua and other places to eat and get a very short walk away. The Silom BTS station is also a short walk away. If shopping is what you’re interested in, it’s a short cab or a Tuktuk ride away from all the malls. If you’re staying here, definitely try and drop by the Vesper cocktail bar (named one of the 50 top bars of Asia for the last few years) which is also just a kilometre and a half away.

The wear has begun to show on some of the walls. But having said that, the property is very clean and otherwise we’ll maintained. Nothing really to find fault with

Location is excellent. Close to the river and some of the most popular Bangkok sites. Also close to nightlife, restaurants, and shopping.

Breakfast was not as good as other hotels of similar rating. Pool and gym are both very small. Not a lot of amenities on property.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and properly maintained. The staff are nice and helpful. Good location and decent views. Great value for money. There is a vertical shower head and separate shampoo and conditioner. Good beds.

The furniture in the rooms is not new. The design of water taps in the bathroom is awful.

Smooth check in process at the counter and friendlinest of the staff. The 1014 room view is also good. Many thai halal food restaurant nearby

1st day, they didnt provide bathroom rug. The location is not walking distant to the tourist shopping street, need to take public transport, 180baht to nana plaza@sukhumvit during day time. 1st night of our stay, the street in front of the hotel is flooding and not able to walk around that area. The halal breakfast is very limited and are not convincing.

Simply loved all the amenities in the room. Value for money. Awesome atmosphere inside and outside the room.

The lighting in the room is not enough. There should be an option to increase the lighting of the room. There was a malfunction with the elevator wherein it was going up and down simultaneously. That should be fixed immediately because it might scare customers.

it was central location, rooms were good size and had good space. felt safe too, cleaning was daily unless you put the DND sign which they respected. staff were very helpful and nice as well. I would stay here again. breakfast was amazing and had so so many options! reasonable price and great stay!

Pool was a bit small but it’s ok because mostly did outside touring

Nice room, quite spacious, clean. Wifi was working well Bed was comfortable Location was nice, lots of things to do around Breakfast was good Fitness room was great too

Tea at breakfast was poor I requested a quiet room but I had a room with a communicating door so I could litteraly hear everything happening in my neighbour's room
