Hoft Hostel Bangkok

Location is great, walkable from Sam Yan BTS, which means it's in the center of the city. Multiple dining options nearby, from 7/11 and street food to cafes. Lots of space in the dining area and on the roof, where you can chill or exercize. Good for those who work remotely, because good space for it as well on the ground floor. Fridge, microwave, washing machine. Quiet. Stayed here several times, because it's very good value for money.

No major dislikes. Just be aware of narrow stairs, you may have to climb to the 4th floor. Privacy curtains do not close all the way. Lockers can be broken.

I chose this hostel as it was close to the point I needed to visit, and for a short stay it was nice, it has everything you might need as a traveler like provided washing supplies and laundry service (not free), also place was clean and common area was really nice. I've met great people there.

The hostel is far from the station, about 15-20 min walk. Also everything shuts down in the common area quite early.

Stayed during their promotion, so for the price I paid, it was a 9. - The location was excellent for me. - The staff were lovely. - The room & sleep space on the 3rd floor was more than adequate (I just wish the curtains went all the way but no biggie). - Perfect place if you're like me and do your laundry as needed oyo, you will have space to hang a couple of pieces. - Got to meet the owner, which really helps when you realize they didn't pick some of the features, as they have taken over the property.

Only 3 things: - The door lock mechanism is very loud & on top, our door didn't close with some effort, so that caused considerable noise each time (but as mentioned above, taken over from previous owner) - Bathroom floor would get very wet & dirty during the day - Mattresses are in the hard side but was still OK. May be just perfect for you.

Not many places to eat around Curtain on the bed only covers half of the bed. Still better than no curtains Plates in the kitchen? are not clean sometimes and it's not because of guests but because of some staff Actually I can't really complain these minor things for the price I payed anyway

The electricity saving time between 12-18:00. During the Thai summer is unbearable to be in the rooms without Aircon. On the other hand, the common areas were cooled even during this time frame

-The WiFi was great -They have a restaurant within the hostel, it was affordable and tasty - It common area was super quiet and you can work without any issues or disturbances

-The bed was lumpy, made me wake up sore sometimes -Since its a bit out of the main area, you don't find many backpackers and hence the vibe was missing

Price and location are very good. There is a lot of street food and international food. Staff are nice and accommodating.

A bit away from bts. To be more clear, the streets are dark at night from bts to hostel

Staffs are very friendly. Clean beds. There are two 711 nearby and a bus stop and are all only a minute walk away.

Should have a notice on 5th floor(dining area). My food got stolen sometimes. Maybe other guests thought they were free.

It is a clean hostel with a sofa, TV, Table for work. And there is a roof top. There is a kitchen area for eating. and clean bathroom Prepare to sleep comfortably. There are lockers to store things, convenient to travel, recommend everyone to stay.

the common area is really nice and we feel like home in this hostel. the dorm was clean and the bathroom as well. there are available washing machine which is very useful. the staff was very nice !
