Pullman Bangkok King Power

The property is great, smells nice, good rooms , lovely pool and is connected to Kings Power mall. The buffet breakfast was nice (if bread and cereals are fine for u.)

There are only 2-3 options for vegetarian food, so we had to look around. The area also has limited vegetarian food. It's close to BTS but still a 10 minute walk atleast so hailing taxi (Grab) is the best option if you are pressed for time or don't want to walk. Despite this, we will be happy to stay again as we loved the vibe.

The friendliness of the staffs....

The Hotel is pending for a revamp.... The AC temperature seem out of control... The Hot Water suddently turn cold !!! The biggest trouble if needed to get around as the nearest bts station Victoria Monument is a distance away, especially after 8pm when King Power Duty Free is off...... Breakfast seem no improvement since 5 years ago when i first checked in....perhaps someone need to look into it. The only reason that make me chosen this hotel will be the special offered price !!!

We were given the room at the old wing and many issue when get into the room. After complain, the Duty Manager kind enough to upgrade our room to the new Wing to solve the issue. Thanks to the good arrangement.

Overall the Hotel run down probably due to COVID, the breakfast still acceptable but not as great as 5 star level. The major dissapointment is the free shutter tok-tok service has been discontinued making the access to the Hotel thru BTS Victory Monument very inconvinient.

Staff remained exceeding expectations. A little luxury treat to end the vacation, as in the past (pre-covid-years). Though all staff was very kind, extra special kudos to Bee at the reception desk (although she popped up everywhere where you least expected here. A true ambassador for Pullman.

Breakfast was not as it used to be. Room-service meal was overpriced. Food in the executive lobby was less than the past years. All and all less impressive than in the past years.

The staff members were all incredibly helpful and polite. The room was clean and the breakfast was excellent. It was a very enjoyable stay. If you’re interested in purchasing some duty free items, there is a shopping complex next door! Literally takes you less than a minute to get there. The shopping complex also offers airport delivery service, so don’t worry about not being able to fit everything into your suitcases.

One minor critique of the hotel is that you can’t really walk to a famous street or famous attraction. You’d either have to rely on the BTS system, Grab, or taxis. To some this may be a plus however. It’s all about what you prioritize.

The staff are very welcoming and the service provided was top notch, all the little details like offer to carry our luggage on and off cab during our arrival and departure truly made the difference. Hotel room and toilet are huge, breakfast spread was superb. We love the little Japanese garden too which allowed smokers to sit down and enjoy the scenery too. Overall experience is great and we had such a great time there! 5min walk to Victory Monument BTS through century movie plaze mall. Hotel is located inside King Power's vicinity which made us felt safe. There are two convenience stores and one 24hr cafe nearby. All basic amenities are provided (toothbrushes, toothpastes, hand soap, shampoo, shower gel and conditioner). Will stay here again the next time we visit Bangkok!

Most places within the hotel are clean and well kept, although cleanliness of room (I.e. TV controller is kind of dusty) and quality of bed and pillows can be improved (mattress too hard and pillows too soft). Hotel is not the newest hence some amenities are kind of old.

Super friendly staff who make your stay comfortable. All seem to be well trained and they all go the extra mile for you. Two of us had back problems and they just put 2 bed toppers on the bed to ensure we could sleep well. We felt home away from home.

Excellent hotel: - Friendly and helpful staff - Comfortable rooms with good beds, shower, bath, etc - Great breakfast with many options to choose from - Pretty close to Victory Monument BTS station

There weren't many things I did not like: - Hot meal breakfast choices were sometimes a bit cold already. - After staying there for 9 nights I asked for a late checkout and they could only add one more hour. This was appreciated, but it would have been nice to get a bit more time. It was possible to use showers and swimming pool though. - Wellness treatments are quite expensive compared to local spas, even more upscale ones

Overall our stay are comfortable. First of all, the staff at the checkin counter is very friendly, she free upgrade our room to suites and it’s super! I like the room very much because it’s huge and clean. Feel very comfortable and night stay in here. The location is good, about 10-15mins walk to BTS Victor Monument. Surrounded have fees 7-11 store, if u hungry during midnight can buy your foods there. We also try the Hotel Seafood Buffet, and it’s really good experience to have a all seafood buffet like Alaska King Crab, Oyster and many many others. You can get 40% of this buffet dinner if u stay there (1350 baht). Last, it’s really nice stay in Pullman and it’s my first 5 star hotel experience in here Bangkok. Definitely will come back again next time 🫰🏻👍🏻

I like the staff attitude and the friendliness of the team. I would to thank you the Front desk team with nice smile to welcome me and my friend. At the same time inform me that my request is ready as request. I have a lovely chat with BOONCHU on the best sky bar to visit. He a great person to have a chat. But I I cannot said Housekeeping service is bad, just need a extra care on guest request. I am waiting more than 1 hour to get the international adapter but till I come back from outside I still did not get it. Until I have to go out and buy it myself. The reason I need it urgently due to I need to use my laptop to replies my client. Seem I am using one of it for my phone. I am using my phone more to look for the place using waze. I hope this can be better in the future. I like your gym simple but all there for me.
