I rrecently stayed at the Ayramin Hotel in Istanbul with my wife from May 1st to May 4th, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and safe stay in the city. The hotel's location is ideal, as it is within walking distance of Taksim Square and its many restaurants and shops. It is also conveniently located near public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel itself is very clean and tidy, and the staff takes great care to maintain the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas. The safety measures in place are also noteworthy, and I felt secure throughout my stay. One staff member, in particular, stood out to me - Ahyan Dundar. He was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. His attentiveness and excellent service made my stay at the Ayramin Hotel even more enjoyable, especially after the rather uncomfortable experience of arriving at Taksim on Labour Day, amidst planned strikes and road closures by the police. Overall, I highly recommend the Ayramin Hotel for its excellent location, cleanliness, safety measures, and exceptional service. If you're planning a trip to Istanbul, this hotel should definitely be on your list of accommodations to consider.

Everything was perfect !😍 - staff is very helpful & friendly - location of the hotel is super, 1 min walk to Istiklal st. & about 5 min to taksim square - room was upgraded to a bigger one for free by Fatih the manager - room is clean, AC is quiet & good. - Bed,pillows are soft & cozy - shower is wide & the water flow was relaxing - breakfast was delicious with varities every day, big portions also. - Erdal was very friendly and took good care of our notes about how we like our coffee or how well done is the omlette - Also the summer trainees were so nice & always asking if we need anything. - Fatih helped us with the PCR reservation & called the nurse to pick the sample from the hotel, he also helped us to get a taxi to the airport & helped with our luggage - there's a small open air garden in the hotel where u can have ur coffee or take a snack

Highly recommend the Ayramin Hotel, we took a room with a hammam and it was perfect! The staff is amazing, the receptionists are attentive to everything and always there to help (thanks to omer who was lovely and available for any request).

The only thing we had a hard time with was that the hotel is in an alley that at night is not really pleasant to walk around and not to the taxi drivers entering as far as the hotel.

The rooms are beautifully designed, with a perfect blend of modern amenities and classic elegance. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional customer service provided by the staff. They were always available, ready to assist with any request or question I had. Their genuine friendliness and professionalism truly made me feel like a valued guest. We forgot our carry on bag after checking out we called them and Ayhan was extremely helpful l. We explained the situation and he was very helpful and sent a taxi to drop off the bag. The location of the Ayramin Hotel was another aspect that added to the overall experience. It was conveniently situated near istiklal street and public transportation, making it easy for me to explore the city without any hassle. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch stay in the city. 10/10

All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The staffs at the check-in (I didn’t get their names, unfortunately) even ask me to take a photo of him with my husband haha. And Seydi at check-out made me feel like I am at home. The room is very spacious, with a beautiful view of Istanbul. The neighborhood can be crowded and noisy at night as there are lots of night entertainment around but we didn’t mind that.

The hot water in the shower was a bit of a problem. Make sure you check first and ask the staff to fix it. Other than that, pleasant stay.

The location of the hotel is superb, just in the center of the city at walking distances to many interesting spots. The breakfast is very good. All the staff if "5 stars" but the jewel of the crown is the front desk manager, Ayhan Dundar, very kind, knowledgeable and always ready to help and solve any question. It is important to hire any transfer to and from the hotel thru the front desk because they have the proper coordination to arrange it perfectly well. Otherwise, not all taxi driver knows how to navigate the traffic on the streets around the hotel.

Mr.Tom told us here is your home not your hotel. Our room was big and very clean with Turkish bath that was small, beautiful and exciting. The room was very quiet with large balcony. A huge thank you to all people of the hotel especially Seydi .I have travel to more than 20 countries and I have stayed in a well known hotels globally but nothing can compare to what I experienced in this hotel. From the very first minute when I booked the hotel till the last minute when entering taxi for leaving they did whatever possible to make our trip to Istanbul a lifetime experience. I really do not know from where I can start and where I could finish. Location, cleaness, food,room,facilities but most of all behavior and approach of these people. They welcome us as their family and they make us feel like home from day 1. My wife and son had their birthday and they arrange birthday party without changing a euro making my family happy .The room was always clean with free water, coffee and tea all time. Breakfast was different every day with huge variety and top quality. It was my first time in Istanbul and the town can stress someone a lot since during this period more than 25 million people are walking to the street's however the the people of the hotel they manage to make everything simple and easy for us. This hotel is an advertisement for Istanbul and for Turkish people and should be a benchmark for Turkish tourist industry. THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART. In the event that I came to Istanbul, my stay would be here in this hotel. I felt that I was staying among my friends and family. staff are smiling every morning, every time, and wherever I moved, they always ask me about my stay, and whether I was happy or not. room services is great, you can ask anything any time. The breakfast is excellent, it follows all the health needs, everything you require is available, and it is healthy. The room is excellent and characterized by quietness, good air conditioning, cleaning, and good heating. The staff provides you with all services that you need just to make you happy and satisfied. Everyone works hard for the comfort of the guests. The place is close to Istiklal Street. You can shop, then come to the hotel to rest for a while, and then go back to restaurants or cafe The lobby of the hotel is beautiful, adorned with very nice designs with plants around you

The staff was wonderful. Very helpful with providing what we needed. Also helped us with booking taxis and tours. They made contact via WhatsApp from the get-go and stayed in contact until we arrived. We checked in after 2am, and they were on hand to assist us, providing coffee and water. Took our bags to the rooms and offered luggage storage on checkout day. Breakfast was tasty and varied, always enough for everyone. Rooms were up to standard and cleaned daily with a change of linen each day. Bathrooms were good, though they do need a bit of updating. There was a small garden area, but we couldn't use it as it wasn't nonsmoking. Would have been nice to have had some kind of outdoor space, but I understand this will be the case with hotels in locations similar to this one.

Location. Our first trip to Turkey, and we didn't know where exactly we would be. If you are single and looking for nightlife, etc, then this will be perfect. As a family, we didn't find the location ideal. We would have preferred somewhere less central. The views from both windows were not great. While we didn't feel unsafe, one of my sons(14) had his pocket searched the first night we went out.
