Excellent Hotel Experience: Outstanding Staff and Service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review: I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel, and I must say, it was a truly exceptional experience from start to finish. Every aspect of my stay surpassed my expectations, making it an unforgettable visit. I would rate this hotel and its staff a perfect 10/10! .

Breakfast could've had more selection if I was to be picky but it was good nonetheless

There were always smell of cigarettes in the room and on bedding. And we do not smoke.

We liked the location very much its walking distance away from isteklal street. The breakfast is nice on the terrace but generally it needs a bit of cleanness. We got an upgrade for one of the rooms without any additional costs which was amazing from the staff.

the standard room is really small so if you book it you should be expecting a small room. the location just outside the hotel is full of cafes which might be good for adults and so on but not family friendly. Sometimes the music sounds are really loud even until 2 am which kinda annoying if you plan on sleeping early in general.

The suite I booked already sounded spacious, but we were given an upgrade to a bigger room. The interior was comfortable, and had that retro look. The location was really good. Just 50m away from a mid-section of Istiklal Street, the busiest pedestrian street in Istanbul, stretching from Taksim Square to Galata Tower. Many good restaurants and also shopping. Taksim Square also had a Metro station nearby, which allowed easy public transport access to other parts if the city. The breakfast at the rooftop cafe was a nice touch. A bit more variety would make it better.

Noise from the streets even until late in the night. Thankfully, the hotel did some soundproofing so the noises were largely muffled. TV channels were limited. The only English one we could find was the Cartoon channel.

location is amazing. just a stones throw from the famous Istiklal street. Airport transfer was arranged by the hotel. check in was smooth. The rooms were nice and spacious. cleanliness was good. due to the location the streets are noisy at night but rooms have good insulated windows and this is known beforehand. Breakfast is served on the terrace. breakfast menu is good with various items. the staff is very nice and polite. they made our stay comfortable. overall it’s value for money. this is my third stay in this hotel, the location in the middle of istkilal road, the staff are very collaborative and nice specially ali in the reception. I liked the breakfast and location where they serve the breakfast. the rooms are big compared with other hotels in the area. the bed were comfortable. just keep in mind that most hotels in the area is bit old otherwise this hotel is highly recommended, you will find everything you need near by.

The staff was very entertaining and helpful. Rooms were nice, clean and tidy. The room size was large enough to accommodate 3 people. The overall feel of the hotel was great. The beds were amazing. So cozy that you'd feel fresh even after a 4 hour sleep in it.

Breakfast could've been better. The breakfast was cold no matter what time you arrive for it. Also it was too basic in terms of Turkish traditions. Need a lot of work on breakfast menu. Also there's no water or juices served in breakfast. Just tea and coffee, which was ridiculous. Also it felt like some items in the breakfast were a day old.

The size of rooms, however I missed having a proper shower in the bathroom , because the water was leaking from the sides of the bath tub. Also the toilet was ok, the bidet was not proper.

I had the price of the room quoted in Euro by mistake and should have adjusted it to Turkish lira....When I wanted to pay the asked for a different amount from the quotation, then I went and checked booking.com and converted the currency to Turkish lira that made more sense. When i confronted them the agreed to take what booking.com quoted. The safe was not built in the war drop, I had to ask for one to be supplied while the other rooms i rented did not have any

We booked two rooms, our room was very spacious but my sister's room was small so they immediately upgraded her to a much bigger room. The staff were very friendly, breakfast was nice and despite the bad weather we enjoyed our stay. The area is vibrant and the small alleys leading to Istiklal street give a very homey feeling to the place. We felt at home and the staff were very welcoming.

I stayed here in 2012 in a wonderful room with a balcony but unfortunately it wasn't available. The hotel seems to be refurbished and the design is lacking in foresight. For example we couldn't find the light switch and when we asked the staff for help they found it with difficulty and it's very far from the bed. The TV is hanging between two walls with the cables hanging out, and the sink is in the middle of a very wide marble slab that makes it extremely difficult to wash one's hands, as if it's made for people who are 6 foot tall +. On the first night there was loud noise at 4 am when the nearby nightclubs were closing down for the night, but the other two nights were quiet.
