Hub Suite Istanbul

The hotel was very nice in every sense. The biggest advantage was that the location was so close to tourist attractions and yet away from chaos. I understand that the hotel was newly built because all the furniture was brand new and that's why I felt very good. Also, everything was very good in terms of hygiene. Sheets and towels were very clean, this is the most important thing in a hotel for me. The locations recommended by the hotel staff to visit during my stay were very nice and all the employees were friendly. Thank you for this experience.

An amazing and beautiful hotel by all standards. The cleanliness exceeded description, with new furnishings and a fantastic view. Its location is excellent, in the same Taksim area, no need for a car – everything you need is within walking distance: supermarkets, restaurants, markets, a vibrant neighborhood. The staff is incredibly respectful, courteous, and accommodating. They are quick to respond to any request. I highly and strongly recommend it.

The location was great very near to taksim square and isteklal street, the room was super clean and it’s a new hotel.

The bidet didn’t work properly, rooms are not soundproof at all there is a huge gap between the door and the floor.

The hotel is located perfectly. 5 minutes of walking distance to Taksim square and 3 minutes to Istiklal street. It is not on extreme elevation as many hotels in Istanbul, so it is easy to walk here after long day. Staff is extremely polite and helpful. Rooms are very coisy and clean. Quite spaceful for its price. In general, we researched lots of hotels at this price range and this one is by far the best we could find. There is no elevator, which is common in these type of hotels, but staff was very kind to help us move our luggage. Strongly recommend, perhaps will visit once more

Everything was brand new and clean. Perfect location, right in the centre of the town. Easy access to Istiklal Street. My wife and I stayed here for 6 nights and really enjoyed our time here. The staff were exceptional and very friendly. They also guided us with tour information and routes, etc. Burak from the reception helped us a lot, also assisted us with the airport transfer which was really smooth. He also followed up to see if everything was okay after the booking, which was much appreciated. Will definitely stay here again next time we come back to Istanbul!

Nothing really

+ very close to Taksim and Istiklal Street (the central transport hub with hundreds of shops and restaurants) + bathroom was modern and clean and room was rather modern and clean also (only the kettle was a bit rusty and still had water from previous usage inside) + WiFi was working fine + room was warm enough with the air-con heating

- quite poor sound isolation (windows have a few mm gap - if ones presses the window into the frame, the noise is instantly reduced) and facing the street - even though the street gets more quiet after midnight, it's not the best place for people with light sleep - room was not very big - the elderly man at the reception in the evening was friendly but didn't speak English (so we communicated with Google Translate), and the younger man during the day seemed to speak more English but didn't really show interest to the guests

Very good location; quick walk to Taksim square, istiklal street, metro station, historic tramway; many good restaurants around the area; cute hotel; 24x7 reception and help always available to book cabs, airport pick and drop etc. Burak helped us throughout our stay.

The property does not have an elevator so be prepared to carry your luggage up and down; although the staff do try to help as much as possible. The room does not have any mirror apart from the washroom which is a bit inconvenient; They do not provide any glasses to drink water or any beverage if you wish to (only coffee mugs)

Great position, clean and big rooms, very kind staff who always asked us if we need something, you can ask them if you need more shampoo, soap, toilet paper, coffee, tea, water...there is also a nice bar for morning or evening drinks next to the hotel

In our suite wi-fi wasn't good (we couldn't watch Netflix or YouTube without good wi-fi), we missed table and chairs on the terrace and in the suite for 5 people there was only one chair and one mirror only in the bathroom

A well restored boutique hotel in a great location near Taksim square & İstiklal Caddesi. The room was spacious, comfortable & clean! Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Burak who was more than willing to answer all of our questions, help us commuting and even arrange our cruise to Bosphorus. Additionally, Ismet, at the night shift on the reception desk, was one of the most welcoming persons, while Beyza and Mira kept our room very clean and cozy!

I want to recommend this hotel. Very nice personnel, fresh, located near the Taxim and subway. Definitely will stay here next time in Istanbul. There is no elevator but the personnel helped me with my luggage. Thank you very much! I recommend ordering the taxi service from the hotel. It was cheaper and more pleasant than via booking.com
