good location clean room safe

Very poor WiFi. While the restaurant is very small its open for hotel guest and non guests at same time and this is a wrong plan, always there is no free table !

The hotel is very clean, sweet and nice. Very close to Istiklal and Taksim Square. We like it very much. Actually, the rooms are very small, in one room you don't have enough space for 4 bags in one room (what we had 🤣) but we didn't come to Istanbul to be in hotel room, so it was enough. The bathroom is big enough and it was very clean. Breakfast has the same base every morning, but every day is one different pieces: rolls, eggy breads... It is a small delicious turkish hotel's breakfast , you can eat very well. Only tea and coffee without drinks are included for free. Near by hotel you have fast food and grocery store if you need something in the late evening. Towels and bed sheets are changed every or every second day. Staff was very kind but most of them don't know english well.

There were just 2 outdoor tables, why - we don't know. We ate inside and went outside with coffee and cigarettes. But that is not important and everything was good.

The location was excellent and just 2 minutes to Istiklal Avenue and 6 minutes to Taksim square. It is in a narrow avenue and there is not noisy. The breakfast was good but not exceptional. The staff were really helpful and friendly and they helped me a lot. The hotel managed for my Covid test and they came to hotel to take the test from me which saved me a lot of time.

Although, there was not disturbing noise from outside the Hotel but the noise of other guests inside the hotel was sometimes disturbing. The elevator is too small. Staff did not have masks (that might be because they were vaccinated so I am not sure about this).

Only one thing, sometimes at the night there was so much noise outside in the street and you can hear it from your room, which is little bit disturbing

the hotel is very good , clean and close to everything all the staff was very friendly and helpful, they just helped us with everything anytime we wanted specially the reception staff ( HASSAN and HANEFI ) thank you very much

location is perfect, staff are amazing they are very nice and helpful especially mr Hassan who can help you in anything you need in Istanbul. He also speaks Arabic. rooms are very clean.

Absolutely new hotel, modern and clean. The location is brilliant. All guys at the reception were kind and polite. We asked for a quite room and we got it. Also they allowed us early check-in. A room is a little bit small but who comes to Istanbul to stay at the room? There were a kettle and a fridge. The breakfast was included. It was a typical Turkish breakfast which costs up to 50-70 liras at any place. We liked it especially the manner of serving, it was really nice. The coffee was instant but you can order a real coffee for extra pay.

The light in the hall is working all the time and it disturbed us during the night as it came from the room’s door. It rather better to use the special indicator of light which reacts on action/moving, so it would be dark at night.

very clean hotel, actually it was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever seen. location is amazing 1 minute walk from Istiklal street and 3 minutes walk from taksim square. very cozy rooms and well equipped staff is very helpful, we checked in at 9:00 am in the morning. breakfast was very good and delicious, it was not an open buffet, but it was more than enough. daily room cleaning and room service, the housekeepers were very polite and helpful. as for the rooms, even though being small, but it is excellent and surprisingly confortable i would definitely recommend this hotel!

nothing negative, but this hotel may not suit those enjoying a family trip due to its limited room space.

The hotel is located in the best location in Taksim, near Taksim Square and one block from Istiklal Cd, which is one of the streets with the largest commerce in the place. The staff is always very willing to meet our needs at all times. I highlight Hasan since he helped us with solving doubts, he helped us with the laundry service and also with the transfer service to the airport. in summary, a great hotel,
