The staff were very friendly, amiable and ready to help whenever I needed anything. The owner himself was very hospitable and cordial and he ensured that everything was ok on daily basis. The location of the hotel couldn't be any better .. in the heart of Istiklal Street My room was just as the photos uploaded in booking.com and it was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable as well. I had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend the hotel for solo travelers and families as well

The location is great. The apartment is a good size the bed is comfortable.

I didn’t like that the staff immediately ask for tips they don’t allow any friends to come visit I have no idea why so it’s not a really good place for pre-gathering before you go out the bathroom wasn’t clean the toilet had a stain on it mybe they rushed it and the AC is on heater, no matter what

Location in istiklal street near nightlife and shopping. Few minutes walk to the metro station and meydan. Rooms are clean and new. Bed is comfortable. Staff is welcoming and friendly. Suitable for families

Noisy if you open the window. Just because of its location in the center of istiklal near pubs and clubs. the window is soundproof. No Wheelchair access. A bit difficult for luggage. But the staff will help u to pull it up the 4 stairs at the entrance.

Excellent location, a few meters to Istiklal street. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Reception guys were very kind, speaking Arabic and English which is a bonus in Turkey 😊😊.

Rooms need to be soundproof. There is a night club nextdoor and the sound was very loud.

The location is great as it’s located right next to Istiklal. Made it really easy to move around and had everything right next to us. The staff were great, very friendly and helpful

It’s right on Istiklal which makes it comfortable but keep in mind it means there’s a lot of noise up until very late at night. Also, the restaurants under the hotel don’t feel that safe. In 5 days stay there were 2 separate cases of fights there, one of them even involving knifes and the police getting involved.

Its my first time in istanbul. Staff and Location are amazing! they helped us with any questions or inquiries. its a 5 second walk to istiklal street and few minutes walk to metro and bus stations which is amazing. hotel room was exactly like the pictures. there was hot water and heating always. cleaning everyday. PCR available at the hotel. everything was perfect.

Staff were excellent and very accommodating, especially Ozgur, the day receptionist. Location is fantastic, 1 min walk onto Istiklal Cadessi, and 5 mins walk onto Taksim Square and the metro. Lots of restaurants and dessert places near by as well as shopper’s galore, depending on what you want to buy! The hotel has a lift and 24 hour staff at the reception and an outdoor restaurant, be sure to try the food, very nice, convenient and reasonably priced for such a location. Recommend to others and till stay again next time IA

I forgot to mention to the reception the inside door handle to our suite needed to be screwed in again, and maybe oiling the track for the sliding door, other then that all good.

Great value for money. The hotel is conveniently situated near Istiklal street, offering convenient access to numerous shops, cafes, and restaurants. Taksim Square and public transport are just a short walk away. The staff, especially Ozgur at the concierge, were incredibly friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to ensure that my family and I had a fantastic stay in both the hotel and Istanbul.

Poor noise isolation. For individuals who are sensitive to noise, the lack of effective noise isolation in the rooms might pose as a problem.

I was on vacations with my wife & 2 kids and stayed here for 5 nights. The staff and the management of the hotel are always welcoming with a smile on their face. They were very helpful to us in any and every aspect that I encountered. The great thing was you never have to ask for their help, they are always on the lookout for their customers and lend a helping hand themselves. Though ALL were very helpful, there was this one very special guy working at the hotel cafe "Mr. Yusuf" who was always there and greeted us and my 2 little daughters with his amazing smile and it really made us felt very welcoming. He would himself walk upto us whenever he saw us entering the street and took the baby stroller from us to be pushed till the hotel main entrance. The room was neat and clean just as shown in the pictures and everything was just as stated in the description. Washrooms were clean as shown with all the necessary amenities. 24 hours hot running water. Istaklal street just on 1 min walk infact you can see the street and people enjoying from the hotel window. Havaist / Havabus Bus Stop on 20 Min Walk (with luggage) or 850 metres Metro Train Stop 10 Min Walk at Taksim Square. I rate this hotel highly specially because of the people who are running this place. Keep up the amazing work and keep up your beautiful smiles.
