The deluxe room is very good space 👌 ✨ 👍🏻 ☺ the problem is that the noise from the street is very loud 😳 couldn't sleep 😴

The light inside the room is soo weak I used my phone flash 📸 😫 to see ! Don't let the concierge ask for taxi to airports The will turn on the meter from 30tl !! You can take taxi 🚕 yourself..normally meters starts from 5.5tl I hated that they took advantages .. Small lobby.. always crowded 🙄 The elevator is only two you have to wait so long 😫

the furnitures need to be renewed, the internet is slow, the cleaning service don’t clean the room well specially the toilet

Very safe for family. Decent staff. Very comfortable bed. Clean. Spacious room & toilet. 5 minutes walk to Cevahir Shopping Centre & metro & subway. Next to two local small restaurants with good breakfast & other meals. MC Donald's is just around the corner.

Water cattle wasn't clean. Thats why we couldn't have coffee. I would appreciate seeing more effort by the housekeepers in setting the beds. It's a good hotel, but it had a 3 star look & feel despite the high rate per night. It's slightly noisy if you are a light sleeper.

The property is excellent and convenient with very central location as well as very close with short walking distance to Javaher Mall with many restaurants/coffee shops and shops around the property. I highly recommend this property to tourist including families who visit for shopping purpose as you can do all your shopping from one stop in Javaher Mall as well as with many restaurants options for eating. I would like to thanks all staff team for their support especially Mr. Hassan front Office Manager who offered us staying after check out time and also the trolley boy for his excellent support throughout as I do not remember his name and also the room service team for their excellent cleaning and support. The property is worth value for money as well as very clean and comfortable.

The location is excellent in Sisli. The hotel is clean and rooms are spacious and you get good value for the money. The staff are professional and friendly. Special thanks to the front desk personnel ,especially Mr Hasan and Mr Warhan.

The breakfast is poor and needs masive improvement. There is only two elevators so its usually a long wait at the rush times.

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff and all staff in general . Great location in the heart of sisli. Hotel is clean and rooms are spacious. Good value for the money.

At check-in we were given a room upgrade, which was great. The suite room was very spacious with two bathrooms. The open buffet breakfast at the hotel was also excellent. Location of the hotel is really excellent. Personnel were very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was until 10 AM which could certainly be extended.

Location, friendly staff, near metro station and bus station, a few minutes walking to Cevahir mall, nice room size, and furniture. I will repeat my stay there in the future.

The room light is dim and needs soundproofing the room

Air conditioner in my room wasn't good. They didn't fix it. The refrigerator in the other room wasn't working, they didn't do any thing about it. The shower and the bathtub are old and should be replace.

I’d like to take this chance to thank the staff of this magnificent hotel especially Mr. Hasan and Mr. Salem which were a great help to me during my stay. I have enjoyed my stay at Grand Aras, clean room and a very nice location that suits every traveller needs. I’d recommend this hotel for the great location, clean room and amazing helpful staff.
