An excellent breakfast included all kinds of food and lots of choices. The location is very close to many tourist sites worth visiting. An excellent gym that includes a wide variety of equipment is suitable for people who also come to keep traning while on vacation

The hotel restaurant can be improved, part of the menu was missing, in addition we received several times things whose taste was not the best for the food, for example terribly sour orange juice or an unsweetened milkshake. Also, one of the waiters dropped hot sauce on my clothes, in addition to that he dropped the dishes again when he came to take food from us, and we were expecting some kind of compensation but we didn't get anything and we paid for everything as usual

Everything was great from start with supper friendly staff helping us checking in and working with us with the complication we ran in to regarding booking. their room was big enough to put a crib in their crib was even good enough for a 4 year old. breakfast was great so many varieties, their restaurant was great also. we had a great time there.

Very clean and staff were super friendly and hospitable especially omar at the front desk.

Rooms are slightly dated

I love the breakfast at this hotel. There were many different kinds of local food to choose from. I spent 4 days in the hotel and every day the breakfast was different. The staff here is also very kind and friendly, they greeted everyone with a smile every day which made me feel warm. It is worth mentioning that the driver who picked us up dropped us off at the hotel of the same name in the Asian area due to his lack of English. The front desk of the hotel helped us to communicate with the driver and finally dropped us off at the right location. The staff at this hotel were also great! And after finally finding the right hotel, the front desk patiently answered some of our questions and told us what to expect, very conscientious and responsible! I noticed there was another lady working at the front desk as well, she communicated with me briefly in Chinese, wish her good luck in her work! My friends and I really enjoyed Istanbul and will come back again sometime!

It would be nice if there was a charging next to the bed as well.

Staff are super friendly, they keep checking you daily if any issue , very helpful, lovely area , accessible to must of attractions, surrounded by load of restaurants and caffe , place is clean and nice.P.S lovely lady in the restaurant in the morning named Fatima who my 4 year daughter enjoyed her gift

swimming pool had technical issue so was closed for the last two night , my daughter was frustrated however nothing in their hand and they apologise for that

So, I traveled with a friend from South Africa and both of us loved the location easy access to all modes of transportation. The hotel was spectacular 👌 i.e. the gym, sonar, sparkling pool and jacuzzi. The staff checking on us everyday and breakfast We had a wonderful stay at Dosso dossi hotel. At first we didn't prefer the room that was allocated to us not that it was bad however we preferred a shower and not a bathtub. There was no hesitation, we were move to a preferred room the following day 😇

The room smell because of the guests smoking in the rooms at time and that smell remains even after cleaning. GUESTS BE CONSIDERED for the next/future guests who will be staying there or other hotels at large.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found several aspects of my stay to be enjoyable. The bed was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep, and the location was quite convenient, surrounded by many cafes and restaurants. Additionally, I must highlight the kindness and friendliness of Omer, whose warm hospitality significantly enhanced my experience.

Not everything met my expectations for a 5-star hotel. The bathroom was both outdated and dusty, leaving a negative impression on the overall cleanliness. The breakfast, although okay, was disappointing in terms of variety, offering limited options that fell short of what one might expect from a hotel of this caliber. These shortcomings led me to feel that this establishment is more aligned with a 4-star rating, and improvements in these areas would be necessary to truly live up to its 5-star claim.

Lovely staff, always saying hello, smiling and asking if we we’re ok. Easy check in. Had an excellent introduction and guided tour of the hotel/facilities on arrival with water and biscuits on arrival. Clean. Good quality furnishings. Services were of high standard. Swimming pool 1.55m deep, hot tub, wet sauna (steam) , hot room (no steam) & hammam free to use (massages extra). Had an on site barbers which was useful as I didn’t get a chance to trim up prior to my travel. Breakfast was varied and tasty. Most things were the same every day (eg bakery items, salads, jams, dairy etc) but the mains changed daily. Daily housekeeping. We experienced the Turkeye Independence Day parade which is directly outside the hotel - free bonus. The main road was blocked off completely.

Swimming pool was cold (hot tub was warm). Slightly difficult to get to main sultanahmet area as it required transfer from bus/tram and walking in between. No direct route.

We liked everything regarding the property. The rooms were hygiene and the housekeeping clean up the room very well. We were staying in 2 connecting rooms 130 and 131. I would like to thank the housekeeping lady as she took very good care of the room for us. Ömer from the information desk was our savior he took care of our accommodation from zero to 100. From the first moment we entered the hotel till he walked us outside the hotel for our ride to the airport. He is such a gentleman, a very polite and well spoken person. He was very friendly and communication with him was easy as his English language was great. My family loved him a lot as everyday in the morning used to greet us and help us reach our touristic destinations and even he recommended some great places. Thank you so much Ömer and the hotel stuff for the amazing hospitality.

The hotel's location is ideal, and the staff are incredibly friendly, always offering assistance and warm greetings. Our check-in experience with Abdullah was not only efficient but also quite amusing. Though I missed the name of the gentleman who guided us around upstairs, his kindness was evident. Ömer, who welcomed us each morning at breakfast, ensured everyone felt comfortable in the dining area. Overall, the entire staff was exceptional. Moreover, the restaurant served exceptionally delicious food. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Nothing to complain about.
