Sinem Hotel

Like the staff kindness and the room beds and bathroom. The hotel is near the main transport stations: tram, métro and marmaray. Even ferries could be caught. The hotel is near the main Arabic streets which propose delicious food and Arabic staff shoppings. Near El Fatih one of the 3 or 4 parts of the town. Good and sometimes delicious food is sold everywhere every time day or night. Shops remain open late until midnight. People speak lot of languages so we can easily find what we are looking for. All momuments to visit are at 15min by feet and 10min by tram T1. Wi-Fi works very well.

The breakfast is very common, and the same during the 6 days we spent there. Local food should be proposed time to time to be familiar with this culture. No microwave available to warm take away food.

Sinem hotel is very good, I cannot recommend it enough. It is located in the historical part of the city, the rooms were clean, and the service was excellent. I want to say special Thank you to Yılmaz who works at  reception, and is always ready to help newcomers and those already living here. He helped us so much when we had just arrived, later explained how to get to the bank and other places in all detail, and in the end when our taxi to airport was delayed did everything to help us. The room was very clean and large. Special thanks to Fairouz who was used to cleaning the room and cooking everyday. The staff was very nice especially Mokhtar who was trying to help us all the time. The location is great and very easy to get to different transportation.

The whole staff was amazing except for someone called Abdel Karim who did not let me heat my food in the kitchen at night and was not speaking English at all. Also the breakfast was the same everyday.

That was a very cozy small apartment. 4th floor, but there's a small elevator. Good breakfast included

There was very hot inside the hotel. And it took time to wait till our AC does it's job. And after we leave our apartment AC automatically shuts down.

great location and the most wonderful staff. Every one was so helpful and supportive. Sister Firuza, went out of her way to help us with everything, finding best cargo available in the city, affordable restaurants and just generally make our stay in Istanbul more comfortable with her exceptional service and relation.

Everything was perfect, room was clean, location was perfect, especially Yilmaz receptionist was very helpful and friendly. He always supported whenever I approached. Thanks a lot. I would recommend others to stay in this hotel.

Great staff and management. Friendly, and quickly address any needs raised. Easily accessible location; near many points of interest. Great value at good price. A relatively basic breakfast included, for the already great deal!

Nothing really. It is located in a commercial neighbourhood, so, may be a bit busy for those looking for absolute serenity (not me!)

The staff there are absolutely wonderful ! The manager there is called Yilmaz and he is incredible !! He helped me in all my questions and provided guidance in most topics and was very attentive to our needs. So what did i like? the staff for sure and the location is good.

The rooms are relatively smaller than they appear in the photos and they have the worst lighting (a dim white light). The room also had side lamps that didn't work, although to be honest i didn't talk to the staff about this. The only real problem is that the area is relatively loud, but most Istanbul is.

Manager was very helpful in every aspect, answered every question, made a map for taking Metro. Helped my husband with front stairs. Breakfast was very good and plentiful.
