- TRUSTWORTHY room cleaners: My wife forgot the safe box open with all my cash money, credit card, valuable watch and passports, and when we returned back at night nothing was touched and not a single penny was missing. - The reception staff were very polite and helpful. - The rooms and bathrooms were clean. - Daily room cleaning and replaced the towels every day. - 2 minutes walking to Aksaray Tramway station and 10 minutes from Aksaray Metro station.

- I booked two (connected rooms) as we were traveling as a family, however the rooms were not connected. They were adjacent but not connected. - Aksaray area is very busy and crowded.

The staff was wonderful, very kind, professional and accommodating. As a solo female traveller I felt safe due to reception always being available at any time of the day.

The room was a bit dusty, like all hotels.. the pillows and overthrows needed a good washing.

Stayed here for the Champions League final. Booked for 2 nights even though we arrived on the Saturday morning which was no hassle at all for the hotel. We arrived and were greeted by Kadir who was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable even though we were not in the hotel much. If you travel back to the airport via taxi, the hotel will book it for you if you phone reception and this is a great service. The hotel is great for a short stay if you're visiting Istanbul and is in a great location with bars, restaurants, tourist attractions and metro/tram stations nearby for getting about the city. If we ever return, I will certainly be happy to stay at the Misa Hotel.

Not a central location away from touristy spots, but great transport links to get to other places in the city. Top floor restaurant with views over the rooftops to (almost) the sea. Comfortable bed and good lighting incl (very) small shower room. Friendly and helpful reception staff, easy to check in and out. I asked for room not to be cleaned or linen changed every day and that was fine.

No easy access from street level into hotel (no accessible entrance for disabled or mobility). Steep steps from street. Coffee machine at breakfast only (bad) instant coffee and other auto hot drinks, no fresh tea or coffee.

Receptionist kadir from meeting him when we arrived until we left , made us feel very welcome very comfortable, he was very professional and very polite, we had a small problem with the room and he accomadated , without hesitation, thank you kadir all in all hotel Misa was a big positive definitely would stay there and recommend it

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like , unfortunately the kitchen had a issue , but again they accommodate us with door to door breakfast service

very tasty breakfast! Very convenient location of the hotel. There is a tram stop nearby, 5 stops, and you will arrive at the pier, where you can take a paid boat trip and see all the beauties of Istanbul. If you love shopping, then this is what you need!

Calling for any thing from the hotal the price multiplay by 4 They have to take care for the cleaning more. Where they put water bottle every day but did not clean any thing in the room else.i

The hotel is very close to all touristic places,and very close to bus stops and metro station.Misa hotel is cozy and clean ,and it has modern facilties as well.The reception team espcially volkan and kader are very welcoming and has a smiley face all the time.The most important thing that they know english as it is a major problem in istanboul.

That toilet 's water is very weak but i found this problem in all istanboul toilets.
