Hotel Golden Gate Topkapi

What I like about the hotel is that is very close tourist areas. Also you can walk at night time without danger and the personal service is very nice. Burak that works on the reception is very nice person.

Hi the room service sometimes it wasn’t on time

1 It looks as in the pictures 2 it’s very clean 3 amazing service at any time even in the middle of the night 4 food price amazing 5 they want to make sure all the time you have everything you need 6 the location is good 7 anything you need they will do their best to deliver and help 8 the hotel is not to big but is not small so the service is very 9 the bed is so comfortable this is important for me as I work hard I need a good rest they are focused on their clients enjoying their stay I have nothing to complain about best 7 days that I had in years

The front desk staff and also the managers were extremely friendly and helpful . As soon as we reached they welcomed us with tea and coffee. Very very cheerful. They were quick with room service calls. The staff also helped me with putting away my heavy bags. Also , one day i was sick and i asked for soup they got it right away . Wonderful people. The hotel room was very comfy , excellent location for bus , train or metro. I am so so delighted to stay with them. Very safe and comfortable place.

Wifi speed could have been more faster

Thank you Cafer and Burak for a wonderful stay and an exceptional service. The hotel is in a great location for transport and food the staff are very helpful and polite I will definitely be recommending this to friends and family. I hope to stay again in the near future.

The staff was friendly and really kind, the guys at the reception, in particular, were very helpful. With their smile and kindness made us feel comfortable as soon as we arrived. The position of the hotel is good, you can move easily thanks also to the bus station in front of it.

It is in a quiet residential area just within Topkapi gate of ancient city wall. T4 metro has a stop right outside the city wall gate, which connects tramway T1 to center city, and metro M1 to Otogar. And there is a central bus station in front of the hotel. The staff is very nice and friendly. And they speak good English. There are some choices of local restaurants and small markets nearby. It is quiet and historical area. Convenient for transportation.

I was just about to rate the room as very clean, then I saw a big cockroach on the bed before I checked out. If I did not see that cockroach, I would say the room is clean.

the hotel is correct, i stayed in the ground floor, the staff was helpfull

little hassle to pay at the entrance, the receptionist mentioned that the Card machine not working! then for some magic reason (after i declined paying in cash) it was fine and working. the same person helped me later to get ground floor room.

I had a nice time in Istanbul, staying at the hotel was pleasant, quiet, peaceful Great staff, helpful even after my check out. I will definitely visit this hotel again in September

Hotel location was perfect,it was close to the everywhere.Grandbazaar,Spice Bazaar,Galata Tower,Sultanahmet was very near.I had a confortable stay in this hotel price was resonable according to servis and the quality.I reccomend to everyone.Thanks for everything.

Excellent location, nice cooperation from the staff, and the last day I rented a car through them for the airport, a beautiful and large VIP car at the same price as a regular taxi.
