Elite World Comfy Istanbul Taksim

The whole experience was good. Excellent location such that its hardly a 5 min straight walk to Taksim Square. Good breakfast buffet, loved the honey comb, it was unique. Very accommodating and helpful staff, kept our luggage safe while we were away for 4 days to Antalya.

Only that the breakfast didn't offer omelet station with live cooking but the staff was helpful and get you freshly cooked stuff as per your requirements. There's no muslim shower in the bathrooms. Swimming pool has strict policy to wear swimming costumes and cap for all ages

The hotel is very good 5 minutes walk to taksim big family room, very good staff, very good breakfast best hotel to stay

Great staff, Kaan and Berfin took good care for us, the location is excelent, 5 minutes walk to Isticlar street an Taksim square, metro and other transport means. The breakfast was good, continental, with options for everybody. Also, they have parking.

The cleaning staff were knoking at the door at 8 o'clock in the morning, not so great. The furniture little bit old and overall, the room needs a make up, but the location worths everything! Poor lighting.

Staffs were friendly. The location and access to the city center and historical spots were excellent. Considering the hotel is located is a lively neighborhood, the rooms were quiet. The traditional middle-eastern bath was clean and relaxing!

Despite we had done the reservation via booking.com, at the end we had to pay cash on our arrival which was not planned.

I came early in the morning before check in time & they let me take the room and they gave me free breakfast .. and the man in the reception was very nice & the room was great .

When I booked the room I asked to remove all alcohol from minibar & they confirmed that by message .. but when I wanted to check out from hotel at night there was a different staff in the reception & they insisted that I should pay for the alcohol !! & they didn't believe me when I told them it was removed from the beginning and they didn't even want to see the messages that was sent from the hotel .. they ignored what ever I told them and they made me go late to the airport .. after some time they asked me to sign a paper that " I didn't use alcohol from minibar " ... The two days I stayed there were good .. but this last thing happened made me really sad & I was afraid to lose my flight !! I hope they have a better way to deal with this kind of situations .

Actually it was very nice hotel its location is perfect 2 min from taksim square and metro ..staff was very good and helpful..i extended my stay for more 4 nights because i really liked it and breakfast was very nice every thing was good ..sure i will turn back to it

Housekeeping ( cleaning the room ) good but not perfect ..but allover its very nice

The hotel is good in every way: central location, rooms are clean and cozy and spacious enough, comfortable beds, fast wi fi, great spa and big indoor pool. There is a good coffee machine at breakfast buffet with nice coffee selection. All staff is nice and friendly. This hotel will be my first choice for my next visit to Istanbul.

the timings of the swimming pool, and one of the room service guys opened the room at 8AM without our permission we were sleeping

The room was very clean , the hotel has very pretty , the price is really worth it and I really want to thank Volkan who has been very kind to us and helped us a lot , he made us love the hotel and he’s a very very good man

The front desk staff Mr. Firat was very pleasant. We came in earlier than the check in time and he was kind enough to provide room key and also breakfast. The room was very spacious, breakfast was great and cleaning was always on time. The pool and gym was open and accessible. The staff were very friendly.
