Although I was initially apprehensive due to the low rating of the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised and happy by the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff, the variety of breakfast options, and the hospitality. I will definitely come back to this hotel again.

Mr Faiz Ahmed at the reception was very friendly and welcoming. Always happy and smiling to see us and help us with anything we need. Mr Yunus as well was very helpful and made sure we had an amazing stay. excellent hotel. excellent staff. excellent location. thank you Eterno! will definitely stay and recommend this to friends and family.
