Cleanliness & price. Hotel staff spoke excellent English and were incredibly courteous.

Towels were a bit dirty. Could have been better but the replacement towels were fine.

Firstable, it was pretty dirty, especially the floor. even when they have clean our room, floor was still dirty. in a second time, there is no light on the teras, and when we asked for it they reply that we have to buy candles..so disrespectful.. to finish there was a horrible noisy sound and when we asked what is it this same guy reply that is coming from the A/C and we should talk with the manager the day after..but actually we discovered by ourself that the noisy sound was coming from the fridge... this employee should not work at this hôtel.

I like the teras. most of the personals were so friendly.

We love the property. Everything was clean and neatly well organized. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the location is excellent, very convenient and close to all the restaurants, shops and just 3 minutes from Taksim Square. We would definitely stay there again in our next visit to Istanbul.

it is just a few minutes walk from the taksim square and istiklal street. Loved the interior of the hotel. Everything was perfect about the room.

Would’ve appreciated complimentary water bottles every day. We got them only on the first day. We had our room on the third floor which was only accessible by stairs. Would appreciate if this information is shared when you complete the booking. it was only mentioned that upper floors are accessible by stairs only but wasn’t mentioned that the one we booked is on the third floor. we didn’t have a lot of problem but families and older people might have this issue.

The hotel is minutes away from Taksim Square. It was clean with great comfort (we opted with the one with the balcony ground floor) - staff was also very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely book with them again.

For the wifi you had to keep logging in for it to work. Otherwise, no issues at all.

3-5 minutes walking distance from Taksim Square. Unless you have extreme demands that a boutique price-performance hotel cannot meet, it is very difficult to leave this hotel unsatisfied. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, they fulfill all your requests whenever you want. The hotel was clean enough. There is no noise pollution as a location. There is no buffet breakfast but they do offer a delicious breakfast tray served in the room.

Very good position to get to the Taksim square (5-7 min walk), a small but comfy room, with air conditioning, kettle and tea bags. Nice building. Can recommend.

Breakfast is served in the room, you have to call the reception when you are ready: one day it was served rapidly, another time I had to wait for more than 40 minutes.

The stuff was really helpful and great , the location is really good to close to taksim square , the neighborhood was great all is available 1-2 min . I did like the balcony as I was staying in 3 rd floor . The breakfast was good , they delivered to your room once you ask for it . Room is clean .

There was noise coming from AC when I turned on .

it was good for me the only thing is that it is a little bit hard to reach the hotel so if you have google maps just make sure to save the maps to use it offline
