Our last stay in Istanbul was 10 years ago at same place. The fact that we have returned at Elite World Istanbul hotel says everything. Our opinion remains unchanged.  The next time we come to Istanbul, we will choose your hotel again.  The hotel provides everything we were looking for: proximity to all the necessary facilities, public transport in the immediate vicinity... transfer organization organized at a high level.  The breakfast is excellent and rich in variety.  But what I especially want to highlight is precious staff.  They were attentive and accommodating in all situations.  Many thanks for the warm hospitality.  A warm recommendation for all those who want to stay in beautiful Istanbul.

During my recent stay at the Elite World Hotel in Istanbul, I was truly captivated by the outstanding experience it offered. The hotel's location was a gem, nestled just a stone's throw away from the vibrant Taksim Square, a mere 3-minute walk from the bustling Istiklal Street, and conveniently close to the metro station. The convenience and accessibility to the heart of Istanbul were unmatched, making it an ideal base for exploration. The hotel itself exuded sophistication and was elegantly designed. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully maintained. The comfortable, plush beds easily accommodated three people, providing a restful sanctuary after a day of adventure. The pristine bathrooms added to the overall comfort, showcasing cleanliness that elevated the stay. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional staff, notably the guest relations manager, Guzel Khuzina. Her unparalleled warmth, friendliness, and unwavering helpfulness left a lasting impression. Guzel went above and beyond, providing invaluable guidance on navigating the city, and offering insightful recommendations on places to visit and avoid. Her honesty and dedication to ensuring guests had the best experience made her one of the best guest managers I've encountered. For anyone staying at Elite World, I highly recommend seeking her out for guidance – her assistance will undoubtedly enhance your Istanbul experience. In retrospect, my visit to Istanbul was nothing short of fantastic, largely thanks to the delightful stay at Elite World Hotel. The city's charm paired with the hotel's excellence left me already longing for another visit. I eagerly anticipate returning soon, In sha Allah. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable stay in the heart of this amazing city.

I loved everything

Location was a very nice and usefull. Room : 4 *. Breakfast - very tasty !!! Receiption / Cleaning / Bar / Coffe Room / all staff are very frendly and always assistance in any doubts or any queries. Transfer in/out was well in time and comfortable. It was kind supprused for nice and sweety congratulation during our HB !!! Appreciated to Management and all staff !!! Thanks !!!

The Hotel rooms ( for 5* Hotel level) refreshments are required .... Style and design is very nice, but for family room some additional items ( add chairs or sofa and main light on top) must be.

everything was amazing starting from the customer service, their staff is amazing credit goes to each and every other staff that put in their efforts to make their customers happy and satisfied, starting from the cleaning lady especially to the people working at the reception to the staff working at the spa side, they all made equal efforts to make sure they give proper instructions and guide us and went above and beyond to make sure we leave satisfied. this hotel is now permanent for us as well all the people and family members i know will surely recommend.

everything was amazing

We travelled as a family for our mum's 60th birthday, as a surprise. The team went above and beyond to get her a delicious cake, and personally sing happy birthday to her when delivering it, as well as decorating the room with balloons. The location was perfect, everywhere in Taksim was a walkable distance, from Taksim Square to the main shopping streets. The staff were every so helpful and very kind. Anytime we needed a recommendation for something, Guzel went over and beyond to check for us, and even call places up. The spa was very nice. The cleaning staff were very friendly and cleaned the rooms well. The shower had very good pressure!

Even though we were on a non smoking floor people were smoking, so it smelt too much of smoke all the time, but this is not the hotel's fault. There were not enough vegetarian options on the menu for breakfast and in the cafe, but we learnt that this is generally the case everywhere.

The sound insulations internal and external are quite bad I heard my neighbor at night 😱 The external sound of music is too noisy especially At night and i was in 8th floor

The best 5 stars hotel in Istanbul with exclusive prices. when I booked a room it was written in booking that breakfast is included when I reserved booking the confirmation email didn’t include breakfast, so they gave me 4 days free breakfast voucher. Taxi services for the airport is cheep and easy. Delicious breakfast, deluxe rooms, amazing spa & finally fantastic environment. I’ve been there also in summer 2011

The hotel location is wonderful Definitely the top hotel in Istanbul. I have stayed in this hotel with my family. The hotel is close to the city center and all the attractions. Rooms are modern and spacious. Restaurant services is amazing in terms of meals and quality. Hygiene level is excellent specially in implementing Corona Virus mitigation. Staff members were so helpful and looked after us and our needs. Reception, guest relations, restaurant, housekeeping, etc. Teams were amazing in their services. They were very helpful and tried their best to arrange everything in a perfect manner Special thanks to Guest Relations Team Mrs. Guzel and Gagla Reception Team Mrs. Belemir, Gozde Bellboy Team Mr. Murat (Manager), Harun, Yunus, and Aziz Housekeeping Team Mr. Hoseyin Restaurant Team Mr. Hdr I recommend this hotel. I will for sure come again to this nice hotel
