comfortable stay , the room was very good and the location was calm but near to taksim .. the lobby was spacious

i lost $400 in the room :( i left it in my bag

This place was awesome! The location was great, the breakfast was fresh, and the staff were friendly. Khadijeh, the receptionist, was especially helpful even though I had to reserve our rooms last-minute.

Everything else was good, but the housekeeping had some lapses. For example, they forgot to put wine glasses or replace all the towels after cleaning. We were there for about 10 days, but unfortunately, they didn't wash the toilet and sink. There were some dirty stains inside and around the toilet

Excellent hotel Located near Istanbul Taksim Center. Large rooms equipped to a high standard. Excellent breakfast, a large selection, very tasty and the service is kind. The reception staff, the Bel Boy security are very helpful and always helpful. We enjoyed everything very much, We would highly recommend and we will definitely be back❤️ Thanks for everything The HAYAT family

The property left a positive impression on me for several reasons. Firstly, the staff members who assisted us were exceptional individuals who provided outstanding service. Their professionalism and friendliness made our stay even more enjoyable. Moreover, the room itself was aesthetically pleasing and well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. Finally, the hotel's location was ideal, providing convenient access to nearby attractions and amenities. All in all, I had a great experience at the property.

I don’t think there are anything I don’t like.

My holiday was perfect because the lovely staff there are amazing all of them and would like to thank Mrs Simgu and Nazli from front desk and Mr Ibrahim and Mr Erkan from the concierge the hotel very nice the rooms are specious very clean and the location very close to everything

Sometimes when you call asking anything for the room like iron or tissues they said ok but nobody sent it to you

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say that it was a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean. I appreciated the attention to detail in the housekeeping, as everything was tidy and well-organized. Perhaps the best thing about this hotel, however, is its location. It is situated 5 minutes walk from the Taksim square, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. I loved being able to step out of the hotel and immediately be surrounded by the excitement of the city. I would certainly stay here again in the future.

Breakfast, location, staff, all was good

They charged an extra small fee for late checkout, despite the room was available and there was no guest waiting and I have 2 rooms for 8 nights but they asked me to checkout from one room and pay a small charge for an extra 3 hrs. Despite after paying thousands, they really didn’t understand and cooperate in this.

I really enjoyed my stay at Barcelo Hotel. The location is central, a few minutes away from Taksim Square, yet in a quiet street. Less than 1 minute walk from the airport shuttle. Excellent. The hotel is chique and clean. The breakfast offers a great selection of fresh food and drinks, including a couple of warm dishes. Spa and fitness area are spacious. Rooms are very comfortable. Special thanks to Halime for enabling early check-in and a really nice upgraded room. Turgut,Simge, Ilyas at front desk or concierge were also kind. Overall the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Steam sauna didn't work in ladies area.

Firstly what I can say about the property is that the staff were well trained, they helped you in every situation. In my case I came by car and at arrival the car battery died, the next day they arranged someone to come change my battery . Something else I liked about the property was the breakfast, you had a variety of good and healthy food you could choose. Secondly I liked the gym which I used every single day of my vacation. For a hotel what I can say is that the gym was equiped with a lot of equipment for you to train with.

I didn’t like about the property the fact that my car key chain was stolen in my last day of stay from the bureau of the valets. After explaining my problem they tried everything to resolve the situation and ordered me a new one ( which was not original, it was a Turkish made copy of the original) but I appreciated their effort. All in all I can say that I will definitely come back to this hotel next time I come visit Istanbul !

during the pandemic it was really really helpful that the hotel arrange nurse from the hospital to come to the hotel at the convenient for you time and do Covid-19 test, and when results are ready they print out certificates for you at the reception area. This definitely saves your time! Great location with easy acces to most of the main attractions; rooms facilities; hotel and people working there
