Near to most metro stations line. Very good connections. Warm rooms and good internet. Daily room service.

Double room was a bit small and sound isolation between rooms and lounge not very good. We've had a view in the back of the building.

I loved everything about this hotel, and if I could visit again, I would choose this hotel. The people are very friendly, very polite and kind, feel like your family. The hotel location is great. Close to everything. When you do all your activities in Istanbul day , you feel like back home.Their breakfast is great, you feel like your mom made that breakfast

Room size is a bit small

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's amazing condition. It was exactly the same as 14 years ago. Even though it is not modern, the high-quality furniture has been maintained really well and the room was clean as well. Another amazing aspect is the safe location it was placed in. I arrived at the hotel at 4:30am and i waited in the lobby until 8:30, when a room became available and we were able to stay in it. Despite not having bought breakfast for the first day (due to early check-in), we were still invited to breakfast alongside the other hotel guests. We are truly thankful for the hotel's impeccable hospitality! I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a hotel in this pricing range.

Great location for easy access to transport links, staff very friendly and helpful.

Our booking was for a large room and arranged for a late arrival, when we booked in the room was small, only good for overnight stay, staff arranged for room change next morning Lift out of order for some time during two of ours days.

Everything was fine. An electric kettle with coffee/tea would have been very helpful.

Stayed with my dad. Only had double beds on the system but staff were kind to make it two singles. Second time staying here and the staff were really nice especially Destan who was great. Room furnishing was nice. Location not bad either 5 min walk from T1 tram. Breakfast had alright selection. For the price it’s amazing that sauna and swimming is included. We used the sauna twice.

We did not realise that it was a smoking room. It was pretty bad staying there as non smokers. As we checked out we told the staff who were apologetic. Though we should have specified it should be more clear if a room is smoking or not. Bathroom should be renovated but the room design was nice.

The staff at this hotel were friendly and accommodating. During our 13-night stay, my sister joined us for four nights, and I requested an extra bed, they immediately moved us to a larger room. They didn't change our room even after my sister left, which was very convenient. Additionally, the provided airport transfer service was hassle-free and made our stay even more convenient.

The elevator was small and quite challenging to use during breakfast hours. The breakfast itself was basic.

Room was a decent size for one person for one night. Staff were super friendly and accommodated me with a late checkout free of charge, and free printing for me too. They also made sure to stay in touch with me about my stay and how to get to the hotel from airport and they were easy to ask questions to as well. The free breakfast was good despite other reviews and was nice to see the city on the rooftop restaurant whilst eating

Outside of the hotel was a bit noisy, but this was expected given it is in the centre of the city so this wasn't an issue for me, but others concerned about noise should be wary of this.

I used to come her from 5 years ago, and I am always satisfied with what they do clean & comfortable place near to everything restaurants, metro, market. Save place and it's a very important point for me because I used to travel alone. They also serve a breakfast buffet and it's free of charge. Changeable and very delicious. This place like my house you will never feel comfort any where like your home and all staff are friendly, kindly and they are always welling to help you. Mr. Idees, Ahmet, cener, ağrtrol, destan they always smiling, you will feel with them like you're with your family. I am recommending everyone to came here, and I thank all of the staff for everything. I am so proud & appreciated for everything

Five years ago, I used to come to the same hotel for the high level of safety and attention that I get here, in addition to its proximity to all transportation lines to go to any area in Istanbul, European and Asian as well, clean, safe place, staff at the highest level of training Mr. Idris, Mr. Ertuğrul and Mr. Ahmed always feel like you are among their families and in a home in addition to Destan who keeps you smiling all the time, responsible for the restaurant and the cleanliness of the rooms, you will never feel any anxiety or stress here, I never change this hotel and recommend it to me Everyone in a family full of comfort and safety
