Noise around hotel

The Staff working in the hotel were exceptional, they were friendly, helpful and were smiling. The Hotel was very close to the Metro system and for that the location was good. The room was clean and it was cleaned every day. The area the hotel was in was extremely busy, with lots of restaurants around.

Our main complaint is about the lighting in the whole of the hotel, the lighting in the room was extremely bad. I'm sight impaired and the stairwell lighting was extremely poor, I nearly missed my step on the stairs going to the restaurant, several times. The breakfast was vast but unfortunately not to our taste, and the bread rolls seemed to be always stale. The room did not have air-conditioning, therefore, we needed the window open constantly, but it was so noisy in the street below, the hotel is not responsible for the noise of the street but air conditioning would mean we didn't need the window open.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, the hotel and our room was cleaned every day. The included breakfast was pretty decent, slightly varied every few days. Decent view from the breakfast floor. We had a good room with air-con, TV, mini fridge, good bathroom and a comfy big bed.

What we didn't know before we got to istanbul is the area of Aksaray which we now know is not a very holiday/touristy location, its know as a bit of a rough area of Istanbul and can be quite noisy until very late. Luckily the hotel is right next to Yenikapı Metro station which is perfect for getting around very quickly.

Comfortable beds, clean room, cleaned everyday, towels changed everyday, friendly staff, triple room was big relative to many other hotels. location of hotel is very good 2 minutes from metro station, and it is not located in crowded street so rooms are quite at night, it has elevator. Haven't tried their breakfast. For a 3 stars hotel it is good value, service and comfortable place. Thank you for making our stay comfortable

Just small things like Please put a trash basket in the room other than the one in bathroom, and ac was weak but the weather was good so it wasn't an issue

Excellent staff, great service with high-speed internet and huge beds, perfect location - metro, markets, stores, restaurants - all within walking distance. I got a room upgrade completely free of charge. The rooms have everything you need including a minibar. The receptionist will order you a cab and treat you to a lovely delicious coffee! I recommend it to everyone. Special thanks to the hotel staff team!!!!

The location of the hotel is very accessible, outside there are convenience store and resto, plus it's near to the train station so you can commute to the tourist spots easily. It's affordable, comfortable and the staffs are nice to approach ❤️

They need to fix the sink of the shower, it's clogged, water stays down when you shower to freshen up.

The hotel is located in a very busy district and street. This street is very crowded during the day, almost permanently jammed. However, from the hotel you can easily walk to both the tram and the metro is extremely close. The breakfast was extensive and only sometimes some treats were missing. The service was extremely nice and helpful. Rooms adequate and fully equipped. Probably the best hotel in this area. Where you can find places with Turkish food and eat very tasty.

One snag was that the air conditioning was turned off from around 11am to around 3pm

Great location, near metro and with a convenient car park nearby where you can park overnight for just 90 lira. The hotel is decent, the staff is nice. The breakfast selection has all the basics and the food was very good. The best part is that the breakfast is served on the top floor, and from there you have a lovely view over the water. Overall, I would say the hotel is exactly what you should expect for this price range.

The staff was really nice and they help with everything, there is a space for free parking if you come with car. The hotel and the room was great i recommended. The breakfast it is good there isn't a lot of things but it is enought for good start of the day. The metro is near about 2,3 min, the tram is about 10 min walk the area is a little crowded but you are in Instanbul. Again i want to say a big thank you to the staff they help you with everything what ask them!

The furniture are old and worn out and the windows of our room weren't soundproof.

I and my wife spent 2 weeks at the hotel. We liked it too much. First of all the the room, bathroom and double bed were pretty clean and very comfortable. There was no bad smell in the room at all. Elevators were functional 24/7. Breakfasts are quite good. All the staff was very helpful and smiling people.

Location is a little bit dangerous during the night.
