Klas Hotel

we were here at a very busy time and the lobby of the hotel was always full of people, yet somehow the reception staff found a way to give us any of the help we needed within just a few minutes. the hotel is clean and convenient to all the major istanbul sites, but not right in the heart of sultanahmet. my only complaints are that the rooms and bathrooms are pretty small, but very clean and well-maintained, and that the room can be noisy at night because the hotel is close to a disco or restaurant with a live band. but to be fair, i was usually very tired at the end of every day, so would fall asleep pretty early regardless of the music and don't really know what time it stopped at, so it may not be a big concern.

The breakfast was not up to standard as we get the same stuffs everyday. They could have added more type of fruits

To be honest every was perfect, this is my 9th time here! And still love it! Other hotels they are too strict and somehow offensive BUT Klas hotel, you feel like HOME The restaurant is delicious, even if you exceed the time, they will wait for you till you finish! The room are super clean and big even for the most economic one. And we upgraded to the suite just for 30$/€ To mention MEHMET IN THE LOBBY IS SO SO SO WELCOMING, Klas Hotel if you read this, MEHMET KURAN IS A JEWEL, he helped us with everything and his multi language. The bed is COMFY SO SO MUCH The area is surrounded by supermarkets and shops !

I have been traveling for 3 straight months. This was my final stop and I was anxious what I was going to experience. 9 countries and countless hotel bedrooms later, this newly opened hotel was a wonderful end to a long business trip. This small, newly opened boutique hotel is part of a family run small chain. From the moment I arrived, the owner and his team were constantly at hand to offer great advice, help with bookings and make recommendations. Location is very good area.Also, The hotel was quite renovated and the walls smelled immaculate ! I will make a reservation again !

Ive stayed around this area 3 times now, the hotels itself is very good, the staff are the absolute best. They looked after me and my family very well. They made the stay so much better. All reception staff and butlers were exceptional. When i had an issue they upgraded me without hesitation. Daily cleaning and water bottles, helping me book transport. Giving me info . Overall a great hotel with great staff.

Really good location, walking distance to most things we wanted to see. The Spice Bazaar is right in front of the hotel and 10 minutes from the Grand Bazaar. Moreover, we walked to many other attractions! The hotel itself is very beautiful. Very very good breakfast! We stayed in the family room. There was a separate room within the room for our children and another bathroom of their own. Since our room was facing the exterior, we could see the people passing by on the street. Our daily cleaning was never interrupted.

Great location I really liked the location of the hotel. It is located close to the central roadway, so after you return to the hotel for rest, you can not hear the noise of public transport. At the same time, Aksaray tram stop is a 5-minute walk away. Literally two stops away is the "Grand Bazaar", which is impossible not to visit. After another 2 tram stops Blue Mosque, Alya Sofia, Topkapi. If you want to do some shopping, there are shops all over the streets around the hotel for every taste

Great stay at the hotel Location is great, close to metro and Tram, and most likely close to everything, touristy area, busy, active that make everything fresh and quietly normal prices Staff is good, Emran is the best 😉

Rooms a bit small and tide, and the bathroom is too small, very annoying while taking a shower Breakfast very poor, must be much better for a 4 stars hotel and this value of money

When we arrived the hotel, we were greeted with a smiling face by the reception. They took very good care of us. We met Mrs. Hazel at breakfast in the morning. We learned that she is a restaurant chef. She was quite friendly and talkative. Many parts of the hotel has been renovated. It has a great location. Transportation to the metro is within walking distance and this was very important for us. We plan to stay here again.

The lobby staff were very professional and ensured our stay was comfortable and exceeded our expectations. Mrs.Hazel the cafe manager was amazing! She was so polite and always went above and beyond to deliver a smooth and quick breakfast service. She also gave excellent recommendations on restaurants and locations to visit. Would definitely come back for this superb service.
