Breakfast lovely. Staff friendly and attentive. Barber was great!

The hamam is overpriced for what it provided. Swimming pool only usable at a charge. Rooms look smaller than in pictures. There were spiders in the dressing gown provided. However otherwise all clean.

They only had 1 iron in entire hotel which was lost and so no access to iron. We were told we would have 2 bathrooms in our connection room but we only had 1 bathroom. The pool was barely used, yet there was still a time limit of 1 hr and then we were asked to leave.

The level of cleanliness was of a very high standard. The hotel was close to tourist attractions.

The language barrier as staff are not versed in English. Difficult to communicate. Airport transfer upon departure was a disaster. The driver was rude, 30 minutes late. He drove recklessly .

Very decent hotel, rooms large, modern furniture, beds super comfortable - everything was very clean, both rooms and all public areas. Breakfast just mega, no hotel in Turkey has seen such a large selection of breakfast before and everything we tried was very delicious 😊 The hotel reception staff were very pleasant and the whole hotel staff was very likeable. We did not go to the spa, but we will definitely do it next time, a new reservation to the same hotel has already been made 👍 We strongly recommend everyone to stay at this hotel 😊!

A fantastic hotel that met my expectations. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Facilities -- including the swimming pool and the spa -- were up to the mark. The location is also pretty decent; you can easily find a cab right outside the hotel or take a 5-minute walk to the Laleli stop if you don't mind getting pushed and shoved in the tram!

Just a personal opinion: I wasn't really a big fan of the breakfast. The staff does a wonderful job, but I feel like there should be more variety. Adding pancakes and French toast can go a long way in making the breakfast experience better. But again, that's just my personal opinion! You might like it as it is.

Good size rooms with balcony. Lots of choice at breakfast. Great location. Close to metro and lots of shops and restaurants. On one night during our stay, there was torrential rain and thunder but the staff went above and beyond to ensure we could order food from their sister hotel and another restaurant they use close by as they don’t have a restaurant in the evening on site. Overall a great stay at this hotel! ☺️

Communication was sometimes an issue due to the majority of the staff not being able to speak English and no one in our party being able to speak Turkish. We managed to get by with the help of Google translate and this would definitely not put us off staying here again.

Hotel Beethoven Premium is now our favorite hotel in Istanbul - this hotel has a very nice interior, very clean, all staff are pleasant, the rooms are modern, spacious and the beds are super comfortable. A very rich breakfast is worth mentioning, everything is delicious and fresh, the waiters are very helpful and smiling. The hotel also has a very nice spa where you can relax. Already upon entering the hotel we were greeted by a very pleasant and hospitable reception and throughout the stay we felt the hospitality of the staff of this hotel. And once again I would like to mention the exceptional cleanliness of this hotel - not only the rooms but also all the other public areas were clean and smelled pleasant. We strongly recommend Beethoven Premium Hotel to all ❤️😊 See you in the new year!

We like everything 😊

Staff were all very friendly. Breakfast had a good variety of breads, fruits, fresh honey, delicious desserts, dips , jams and drinks. Having a spa and swimming pool within the property are bonus points too.

Location is very good for those who can walk well. Not really suitable for those who can't walk well as the routes to the main road is hilly and there are one way routes which is not helpful for cabs as they then charge more. Otherwise it is close to the main attractions by tram.

location was perfect - all major seesights were on walking distance reachable. Staff was verry kind, helpfull and pleasnt. Breakfasts were perfect - verry tasty! SPA visit during the day (12:00 - 19:00) was wonderfull with the free cup of herbs tea 🫖🍵for relaxation as nice supplement from SPA administration!

Nothing! Everyting was perfect. Just may be one moment for improvement this is working time for SPA if it could be a bit extended and shifted start more to morming hours from 8:30 or 9:00 till some 19:00 for example. It would be the best and the most convenient time. Because if you have evening flight and have only 1 night - you just do check in late evening, next morning you go to breakfast and check out is already till 12:00. But SPA only start to work from 12:00 and you need somehow to replan your time and specially ask after check out free SPA visit what was included already in room rate.

Close to everything: historic places and shopping. Very close to public transportation. Everything needed in hotel included like breakfast and spa. I would like to give special thanks to reception. Very friendly and helpful. This hotel is very clean. All staff is working hard to keep up at high level. Reception communicate in Turkish, English, Russian languages.

When ordering taxi back to airport make sure to add additional hour because of high traffic and traffic jams in this area.
