Very nice hotel with comfortable rooms and nice bathroom. The breakfast was also variable fresh fruit, cheese, boiled eggs, sausages, soups, marmalades, salads, various yogurts. The only thing that I didn't like was that the scrambled eggs were powder and not fresh. The staff were all wonderful helpful and polite. I ld certainly stay again.

The only thing that I didn't like was the bed, the mattress wasn't very comfortable but everything else was excellent

Staff were friendly and helpful. beds very comfortable. Room was clean. breakfast was good with both hot and cold options. It's low cost so you cant expect perfection, but you get good value for money. If you're looking for a good night's sleep and nice breakfast, within walking distance of some of Istanbul's top attractions, it's a great place to stay. A special mention goes to whoever cleaned my room after the first night also. Had a long trip and had left some clothes and items strewn around as I wasn't expecting anyone to clean (was only there 2 nights). Someone came in, cleaned, kindly folded my clothes and set any items I'd left around neatly together. Was a lovely touch and shows the pride the staff here take in providing a good service

Room carpet and some fixutres and fittings in need of replacement. Can tell they've been there for a while. but at the price paid, it's a minor issue

here are the main points I loved about this hotel during my week stay: 1- The daily cleaning was really good, the ladies change towels everyday and add extra depending on the number of guests. 2- I enjoyed the variety of breakfast. There are plenty of options to choose from, especially if you are not leaning toward a Turkish breakfast style. Also, the chef and the cooks were very nice and they always double-check food to add more in case needed. 3- We went during the cold season however the room was well built to not feel cold at all. 4- Great wifi and location. We hardly needed any means of transport to visit most known places. Also, there are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby which was really helpful for us whenever we go shopping we can easily get back to the hotel to put our bags and check the city freely.

There are not many things we didn't like as our stay was pleasant however there are 2 main points I could highlight: 1- there was a around 20 minutes delay for our transport from the airport to the hotel since we have booked a private air shuttle. 2- the bath door open on two sides however one side felt a bit rusty as it required extra force to push it.

Nice location, relatively close to the major sights. The Wi-Fi was nice and stable, reached everywhere. The AC was great, it could make the room temperature exactly as we wanted (even super cold). The staff was helpful when we had questions. Overall, a good value for the price IMO.

Not a problem with the hotel, but something worth mentioning: the immediate surrounding area is nothing but endless rows of stores selling useless junk, obviously aimed at clueless tourists - no "historic" area to speak of.

everything was perfect! the hotel is located near the tram station Laleli and 10 minute far away of Grand Bazaar, which is amazing. also, for the customers who want to buy en gros it is a location very good, in the middle of the Laleli (one of the most commercial zone in Istanbul) the personal was so kind with us, starting with the receptionist, the barman, and the personal form the restaurant. the hotel cleaning was fantastic, and we felt so confortable there. the room was very spacios. the breakfast was for all of types of people, you had to choose everything you wanted to. also, the price was very good, and for sure we will come back again.

Location nearby tram, metro and buses. Friendly staff and always helpful.

Bar fridge in my room was not working

Great hotel for a short stay in Istanbul, room was cozy and clean, providing just enough space for two people, although a bit nosy as it gets into the street, not too disturbing though. Breakfast was copious, keeping you up for most of the day. Located in the middle of the shopping area for textiles, great location for those doing business in this regard. Not far from the main touristy places, walkable distance to them.

Street noise in the mornings, although not too disturbing. In rest no other dislikes.

A pretty good and varied breakfast was included in the price. The room is great, beautiful and comfortable. Location is pretty good too, really close to the Great Bazar.

The hotel is conveniently located in a relatively quiet street nearby Laleli tram station from which you can easily transfer to other means of transportation (metro, bus, ferry). Free WiFi connection is excellent and the hotel staff are very kind and helpful.

The breakfast was a feast. Really excellent and in the 7th floor dining room which has far reaching views across the rooftops. Very easy to walk everywhere, especially in the Old European area. The hotel staff were kind, friendly and helpful. Lovely people! The rooms are not huge but everything immaculately clean and the shower gushes hot water.

I had been told that it wasn't a safe area for a woman to go out alone at night. I went out every night and had no problems at all.
