Oran Hotel

the hotel is very well placed. We arrived on the day of accommodation very early, and were accommodated in a room where there were sleeping sofas. In the morning around 9.00 I received the camera. I requested a quiet room and received a room on the 2nd floor overlooking a terrace, beautiful, without the noise of the city. The room is equipped with everything you need, water heater, large enough bathroom, generous TV. Cleanliness of note 10. Extremely polite and helpful people at the reception. SPA an area worth visiting, with hammam, steam sauna and dry sauna. Try the massage! The breakfast restaurant located on the top floor offers a pleasant view, it is full of seagulls waiting for food, so do not be shy to give them some bread on the window. There is still room for better food, but you can find something to eat, enough for breakfast. I will return to this hotel!

the plates are already assembled, probably for safety reasons COVID, you find a slice of salami, cheese, etc., there are some customers who take more from the plates, and you wake up without the only slice of salami or cheese. Maybe more attention to food would be auspicious. However, in Istanbul you don't starve!

Its location is close to everything

everything is OK

1- amazing location only a few minutes walk to the metro station, Grand Bazaar, lots of restaurants and shopping stores 2- friendly stuff especially Gulip and Sukran.

1- room access key ( we had to change key cards almost after each time) 2- breakfast must be prepared at 7 Am as hotel mentioned because some people have early morning flight

We had a pleasant stay in Oran hotel. Great location next to metro and spacious room. Friendly and helpfull staff. Room is cleaned daily. We got fruits in room as compliment. We liked the stay and really enjoyed!

Need a bit renovation of bathroom

The proximity to all monuments and shops. The cleanness of the room is really impressive and the quality of the equipments is decent! Breakfast is okay with a wide variety of food…

Staff should be more helpful to facilitate guests’ stay… ( I asked to extend my check out by 1 to 2 hours as my airplane was at night, however, I was requested to pay $100 which never happened to me before even in 5 star hotels…)

Hôtel is in a great location, in Istanbul city center, loads of restaurants and shops next to the hotel and the most convenient thing is the public transport right next to the hotel. The hotel staff are so amazingly kind , helpful, hospitable and one of the nicest Turkish people I have ever met. I specefically would like to give a recommendation and thank you to Sahin, Abdullah and Gamze in the reception they are so kind and welcoming. The hotel itself is amazing with a great room and great housekeeping staff.

Breakfast was varied. It was very clean. In the rooms we got everything we needed for comfortable staying. We stayed in a hotel for 4 nights. Personel was helpful in every way. When we arrived, they welcomed us with cai and coffee. They also arranged us transfer from airport to hotel and back for the best price. Mr. Gokmen and Mrs. Kebre quickly responded to every our request and prepare best hotel rooms close to each other. We would with pleasure, stay there any other time again.

In both rooms we missed shower heads, but it was not too big of a problem.

Clean and Near to the market and restutant

The stuff not smiley only one man was very nice face. The others if you ask them for some things you will pay for it they might ignore you because they thinks that's you want it for free. They are not bad but they need more training the last suff smile when agave him the pit since leaving to airport. Hhhhh..

Staff are friendly and ready to support at any time. Staff in breakfast are kind and always ensuring to enjoy your breakfast. Location near to Metro station, it's 2 min walking

I believe the mattress needs to be more comfortable
