The staff was super helpful till last minute, very caring and never hesitated to help. Location is veryyy close to Taksim square and Istiklal street. Hotel is located in a small street parallel to a bigger one and you can know from where to enter towards the hitel from "Vodafone" shop, so it's faraway from the crowd and noise.
The street is like a ramp, so by the time I was leaving the city, I had to order a taxi to drop me off at the Havaist bus station heading to airport.

Location and friendly attitude of Mr Hasan and Mr Mehmet. They are excellent hosts.
I was cheated by Booking.com for overcharging. I booked for Euro 1060 but I was charged Euro 1600 on credit card through deception. Then booking.com staff was not helpful for any assistance or clarification. Pathetic service by Booking.com

Staff were helpful and nice. We arrived late but we were let in at 03:00 when this was supposed to beyond check in time. We were also lent an umbrella by the staff when it rained heavily.
Fridge in room did not work. We bought fruit and it spoiled but we did not realize it wasn't working as the light came on in the fridge but it does not cool the inside.

The location is truly convenient, pretty silent and decently safe :)
There are no stovetop and minibar in the Standard studio. Also the bed sheets weren't that clean.
