I really enjoyed my stay the staff was excellent and helpful specially the men who take care of bags I forgot his name but he was super and always ready to help

Breakfast was good but needs more efforts

location was 10 on 10, isteklal street was right behind the hotel. room was clean and room size was okayish for 2 people. good value for money if you want to book something cheap in taksim square

Staff kept pushing us to buy their attraction packages, they were very pushy. They even tried selling us covid test for city to city travel, even though covid test was not needed to travel to another city if you are fully vaccinated.

The location was excellent. Easy to access public transport, easy walking distance to Taskim square. Staff were friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable.

The breakfast was not that great. Just traditional Turkish breakfast. they ran out of fresh fruit every morning. Would have liked a bit more healthy options and continental variety.

the room was large and comfortable, we could pay by credit card the hotel is near the taksim square with stop buses and metro, the breakfast room is at 6h floor with e splendid wiev the breakfast was very rich but start after 8 o'clock,

The third bed was a little uncomfortable

The location of the hotel was very good. It had good and kind staff. The economy rooms were not good but the other rooms were good. The hotel breakfast was not good but it had a great view.

Staff is friendly and kind. They speak English. Hotel location is amazing.

For breakfast guests were not able to choose what to eat. Food was already on the plates and reasy to serve. There were ingredients included (e.g. sausages) I do not eat. Although I warned them when booking this property, that vegetarian food would be better, they ignored.

Loved the location and loved the staff. Super friendly, and accommodating. Super helpful and kind. They made the stay worth it.

Not enough ammenities. But nothing major was missing.

It was a fantastic hotel i really recommend it. The stuff was very helpful and kind, cetin was the best.. I will definitely book again here

Our room was right by the mosque the view was beautiful, it was a spacious room for 2 people and breakfast was great, the staff were so friendly and helpful and spoke great english, always made sure we got everything we needed and they even have someone come to the hotel to do a covid test for you before travel. I would definitely stay at this hotel again
