The breakfast was lovely. Every morning fresh boiled eggs .. Turkish tea .. the cakes .. the different options of salad available .. the kitchen staff was amazing .. every morning with a smile on there face. the staff were absolutely amazing. I cannot thank them enough for all that they did for me and my partner .. Yusuf / Eslam / Aadam / Hasan the kitchen staff to the cleaners Haider were truly a credit to the hotel. It felt like I was staying at home and not in a hotel. Absolutely amazing people with hearts of gold. Would recommend this hotel very highly I will be back in the near future In Shaa Allah. Staff very accommodating to every need.

- location: directly on Istiklal street and very close to Taksim square. ( although it took us a while to recognize the entrance ) - Staff: friendly and collaborative - The room is spacious - We liked the jacuzzi in the room

- breakfast is very basic and could be better. However, Turkish coffee was very tasty. - Our room didn’t have a window where one can see the light. It was hard to distinguish which part of the day it is. The room has a balcony that faces the wall of the neighboring building ( ca. 1 Meter apart). We couldn’t use it because of the smell of the kitchen restaurant.

We never met a housekeeping that is so diligent and thorough. Most big hotels don’t bother vacuuming and cleaning the toilets thoroughly but this hotel did. Location is great and right in middle of taksim. Price point is fantastic and the jacuzzi was great fun for the kids.

Frontline could be better. They never gave us a photo of the taxi sign we were supposed to find, and merely told us to “go to front desk” at Istanbul airport. If anyone’s been there, you’d know there is no front desk at gate 14 and there are over a hundred pick up signs there! They also never got back to us on our tour queries.

The location of the hotel was very central. The staff/personnel were extremely helpful and friendly. There was an excellent shower and the lighting in the bathroom was very good for putting on make-up, etc. The bed was very comfortable.

The lack of space downstairs to relax and no natural light in the breakfast room. The breakfast was very basic with little choice we skipped it on two occasions as we felt the choice was limited. The shower in our room leaked onto the floor of the bathroom it seems to have been like that for some time. The noise level in the room from the street below and an air conditioning unit that didn’t work properly so we were forced to have the windows open. The lighting in the bedroom could be improved.

The staff is super nice and super helpful, during our 1 week stay we literally hadn’t had any problem with the staff they were exceptionally nice and helpful to me and all my family, I would like to thank Mustafa, Yusuf, Abdullah & the restaurant staff for all their efforts during our stay. The location is perfect it’s in the heart of istiklal st. Close to Taksim Square. The room was nice and spacious.

There wasn’t a baby chair in the restaurant and our room didn’t have enough natural light, however they offered to change it to a better room but were already settled in this room, but to be honest we were all day long outside so it didn’t bother us that much.

The staff were amazing ! From booking accom, otransfer and any questions that I had the staff were so accomodating via what’s app as my request. Food was yummy! Nice simple Turkish selection. View from balcony was so cool. The noise can be heard slightly but I didn’t mind it cause I know it’s the city. Outside your doorstep is food and shopping . 10/10 ngā mihi !

Not a problem, just awareness. As a solo female traveler, when I arrived to airport . I was expecting a big company van but I was meet with a co ordinator who organised a ride for me. Be good if they were in uniform or something so I can easily identify. No complaints. The driver was awesome ! And got me here safe.

The location of the hotel is super and a coffee stand awaits you at the entrance you should definitely try I travel to Istanbul constantly and have stayed in many different hotels but this one has a great location and staff Moustafa is the most professional staff I have ever seen and he is very polite, he does not chat unnecessarily he does his job I will always come to this hotel and I will miss Moustafa

breakfast includes turkish delicacies it's hard to find fruit in the morning room lighting insufficient guests coming out of the elevator make a lot of noise

The location was great, breakfast was quite normal. All the staff and especially the guys at the reception were extremely helpful and friendly, which is essential for a guest in a foreign country. They even arranged early check-in and late check-out for us, as the kids were tired of travelling. Room was small but clean and nice. The atmosphere at the hotel was very positive and I would go back there again with pleasure.

Superb service from everyone in the staff. Great location at Istiklal street, very close to Taksim Metro and Tram stations. Clean rooms. OUTSTANDING NOTE: Just before I went to the airport, my house keys fell from my pocket (They have my first name in the key holder), and later they were discovered by Emre, the hotel night shift receptionist. He called me through the taxi that he ordered for me and then he sent them to me through another taxi to the airport. I am so grateful!

Hotel is in an only pedestrian street, so no taxi can service you to the door, and it is on the first floor, so you have to take stairs to get an elevator.

I don't know where to start from. Do I start from the room or the staff. To be honest the staff is absolutely exceptional. I had met islam, yususf and abdullah... these are a team of love, respect and honour... I was welcomed each day with a smile and warm greetings. I surely will miss once I leave. I actually extended my stay due to how good the experience was. I'm a genius level 3 on booking. I would like to thank everyone again
