Great location near to public transportation , isteklal St. , cafe and restaurants . The hotel is clean and the staff were very hospitality, especially the reception host called ALMAZ, and his assistant called mohamed

night noise, you can hear it cause of the near night clubs and bars which may still running until 3 a.m. but this is not the hotel responsible . the breakfast have small kind of varaitities which is the same every day

What I like most about the property is their staff, very polite and accommodating (Elmaz, Recep and the other guy). The location is perfect and literally walking distance to Taksim Square. Although the hotel is surrounded by bars, you wouldn’t hear the noise from the room - or very minimal I must say. I’d still prefer to book in this hotel when I come back.

The property location is good in a middle of taksim which make it near for every thing the room is big and the decoration theme is amazing , very clean hotel.

Depsite the location is perfect but the noise from surrounded pubs is really annoying literally we couldnt sleep every single night cause of loud voices Some of the staff are unprofessional they were arranged a wrong pcr test and wrong certified hospitals many times untill beik the night shift staff helped us generously and solved the problem. The breakfast is limited not tasty we only had it one time while the rest of days we ate outside the hotel

The hotel is very close to Istiklal Street, Taksim Square and the metro. Everything you need is around it. The rooms are clean, the bathroom also, and the breakfast is good, I and very friendly staff. recommend

To tell the truth as it is, next to the hotel there is a nightclub that emits loud noises until three in the morning. You will hear it in the back rooms personally did not bother me and can adapt to it

- The staff were the best, Rajab and Mehmet were super nice and helpful , the location was very close to istiklal and taksim Square. - The hotel was close to night club our room has noise but it was OK to us specifically that Rajab offered to change our rooms ❤ - The breakfast was fine for us - we booked airport transportation and the car was very nice and big

Carpet could have been cleaner.. taxi book to airport turns out to be another crook just asking more money than what was agreed earlier by the hotel staff.. really awful taxi experience

A little bit noisy at night because of close location to main street. But from other perspective it's location is very convenient.

Central location near Taksim/İstiklal Caddesi and close to lots of bars and clubs, which one can hear if one opens the window. Very nice shower with the shower head in roughly 2.20m height.

Very comfortable hotel, cleanliness is good, location to the best Taksim Square 2 minutes. We arrived at the hotel early and were checked in at least 3 hours earlier. The bathroom was comfortable and warm. The service staff is polite. Satisfied Thank you.

I wish breakfast would be more varied

Great location, shopping street only around the corner. 5 minutes to the metro. Which links you up with the rest of Istanbul. The two guys at reception were very helpful. Couldn't ask for anything more. Thanks for our lovely stay. Gary and Joe
