Miapera Hotel and Spa

We loved how readily available the staff was to help and how nice they were. We appreciated their willingness to work above and beyond our language barriers and even when we had a small emergency and needed to go to the hospital, they were able to assist and get us there within mins. They organized our shuttle services to and from the airport and our PCR tests where the nurse came to our home and took care of everything within a few hours. We enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back on our next tour.

Due to covid-19, the spa and gym services were closed but online and on booking.com it said they were available. As a group of athletic individuals, we were hoping we could enjoy those services but understand why we couldn't. There were lots of issues with our keys. For nine people divided into four rooms, we only received one key per room and they often would stop working. The desk consistently gave us new ones but it was hard to organize activities knowing some folks may or may not be locked out.

Very clean, friendly staff. Great location. Loved it.

I was told pool, sauna, jacuzzi open but it was not.

1 channel in the Tv and it was in Turkish it will be very helpful if you can get chrome cast The spa wasn't available

I’ve been to too many hotels around the world but I’ve never seen such service and hospitality. This wasn’t my first time in Istanbul and I’ve been to one of the top notch hotels in the city before but I didn’t enjoy my stay as much as I did in Miapera Hotel. -The location is PRIME (galata tower,taksim,metro station,bus stop…are walking distance) there’s a lot of restaurants,shops and pubs in the area with lots of options and verities. -Rooms are very clean and well maintained -The views are literally amazing (I highly recommend the deluxe room you won’t regret it) -The people of this hotel are my FAVORITE part. The staff: THE BEST ; they’re very friendly and they do everything they can to help you out and make sure that you have everything you need around the clock ( if i can I would give them a 10 star rating ) -The price is unbeatable for sure this hotel literally has the full package (location,rooms,views,staff,price…etc) We were 9 people and all of us agreed that we will definitely come back to this hotel whenever we’re in Istanbul again! (If you need an airport shuttle book it with the hotel because even the airport shuttle service was great)

Absolutely nothing

Breakfast was excellent. Gym was great. Pool was exceptional. The hotel's staff was very professional and helpful. The venue is accessible and strategicaly located near key areas of interest.

Could not think of any. Instead, I strongly recommend the hotel to other travellers and friends.

I think the air conditioning could be better or you could have fans since it was hot in these days. 3 things I recommend you to have are 1) ice 2) tissue boxes in rooms 3) english tv channels or netflix or youtube since tourists cant watch turkish tv Also i wish the spa and hammam were working when i was there

The breakfast could be a little more varied. The bed was too soft. The pool area was quite small and hazardous because people were using shampoo and soap while taking a shower near the pool. But I like the hotel anyway.

A lovely room with a giant bed - exactly what my husband and i wanted for our vacation. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool is very warm and clean.

The room ia not so spacious but that's okay. Wifi wasn't great but it worked. The bathroom wall was made of glass. While it's not transparent, if one spouse goes to the bathroom at night, the other one may wake uo because of the light. Curtains are not blackout, too much sun in the morning. Location is close to the mosque - that may wake you up. They only give you one key even though two people might be staying in a room

The bedrooms were spacious and were well equipped with a hairdryer, slippers, water, mini fridges and a powerful wet room style shower. Special mention to Can Kenctemur, very polite , courteous and helpful member of staff. He made the stay even better and is a credit to the team.

The AC wasn’t that powerful nor that cold and you could hear noise from the streets below.

The staff was very helpful especially Ibrahim ..he just takes an extra mile to ensure the guests are very well taken care of...also his colleagues are hospitable. Stayed in a cozy room with the view of the gardens of the Briitsh embassy. Just peace and quite and definitely good value for money. No breakfast is serve which is fine..because of COVID but plenty of places to have breakfast in the area....I will stay again
