The location is perfect for a first stay in Istanbul.

We were on the last floor and there was a supposedly closed terrace above our room with no insulation. Many times we would hear people at night crawling there to take pictures in the middle of the night or stay there watching the Bosphorus and being a bit too loud !

Once we settled in to the correct room, we were fairly comfortable throughout our stay.

My stay was for 6 nights, initially the room they gave me was not what I booked (not like the pictures and much smaller than what I was expecting) the staff then moved me into the suite I paid for the next day. Location is noisy, club right outside that plays loud music till 4am. But it is in the heart of Istiklal Street so a bit of a catch 22. Breakfast was included but over at Maroon Palace which was a approx 5 minute walk away. This was not made clear at the time of our booking. A few hiccups but worth the value of money, staff are friendly enough and housekeeping was consistent.

Location Was good n easy access to tram and taxi's. However it was noisy at night due to club being next door and thin walls meant u could hear lot of noise. Next to our room was noisy couple n we had nightmare coz they fought 4 am in morning. Room was clean but small Bed was comfy Bathroom was too small n had no place to put soap n toiletries. Reception was nice Breakfast was arranged in sister hotel meaning u had to walk to it for 3 min which was nuisance. Breakfast was below average just good enough to stop u from starving. Overall ok

The hotel is located near the main buzzling pedestrian street and offers small but comfortable rooms. They don’t offer a taxi service but just 150 meters from the hotel you can catch a taxi. The staff is friendly.

Perfect location, The staff are great. Quiet, and very good, Close to evething, metro, bus, taxi, recomended!

amazing location in the middle of Taksim

the only problem is that the breakfast is not in the same hotel, you need to cross the street and go to another hotel

A door to the shower in the bathroom so that water does not come out in the whole bathroom More attention to the details of the room, i.e. the light bulbs did not all work, the TV was broken and not replaced A soundproofing of the rooms would work so that the noises from the other rooms are no longer heard

Near attractions area, Taksim Square , Galata Tower, Istiqla street few steps from hotel

ok for me for breakfast in the parent hotel fir few steps next door , Bfast good

i loved that it was in a good street .and that the bed was comfortable, there was an AC and hot water for shower whenever you want. they changed the sheets and brought new towels every day. good breakfast!

Why don’t the windows open?? We cannot breathe on the upper floors? Please fix this. It’s not fair to the guests. We are paying money for the room. It’s our choice to open windows, not yours.
