The facilities are very nice, cosy and warm. The location is perfect.

Noise… I could hear everything what the people besides in the other room where doing. Also the street at night is noisy.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown the location amazing and safe the receptionist she was very helpful she helped me a lot she called the lab for PCR test to get appointments as I don’t know Turkish also she printed results for me it’s been more than 5 times I visited this hotel I recommended for everyone , when it’s come to breakfast it’s poor usually was much better before overall Excellent property with the safest location.

The location of the hotel is spectacular. Everything we needed and wanted was easily accessible for us. It was close to different forms of transportation, there are near by restaurants and stores, as well as a money exchange kiosk. The facilities are on the older side but the hotel made a great effort to modernize their rooms. The breakfast was okay but it was a good way to start off our day. The staff was also very nice and accommodating. They helped us with our covid travel documents.

The room is smaller than we expected and we felt like the pictures on the ad were misrepresenting the actual room. Some of the rooms are also joining rooms and it was quite troublesome to have any privacy when both rooms are occupied. It would have been okay if we were warned beforehand. The rooms are also not that soundproof so some conversations could be heard through the walls.

The hotel is located at the center of entertainment in Beyoglu. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom was small and taking a shower causes a lake on the floor.

Hotel staff was cooperative a d helpful in all manner. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Breakfast needs to improve more.

Good breakfast, hotel is near the Istiklal street. You have your own narrow balcony for two person.

The staff was extremely nice/friendly and helpful! The receptionist was Awesome!

Was there for about seven days, & at one point there was a small power outage. Lasted for maybe an hour and a half. Definitely not a make or break situation, in my eyes. This seemed to be out of any one’s control; & only happened that one time!

We family felt in home like treatment from the hotel staff, respectful, kind, approachable, specifically from Ms.Nergis and the breakfast attender. Cleanliness was good. Location and wifi was excellent.

Nothing to mention.

I was in this hotel before and they had much better breakfast before, no more büffet, probably because of covid.

Walls are really thin, so u can hear other guests

Amazing staff, really cooperative and supportive, the interior of the place is beautiful, and the location is perfect.

Bathroom was a bit small for my taste and the bed was too soft.
