very nice location and calm hotel to relax

the didn’t have spa or swimming pool and the hallways of the hotel rooms very hot no air conditioner

their choice of music at their restaurant

the property is brand new. it is in an excellent location, with a good restaurant and bar.

the beds were very poor. the mattress was like sleeping in the floor. the pillows were solid and the sheets were not soft at all.

Staying at the hotel was excellent; the great staff gave us the feeling that we were at home. especially Kadir and Orhan from the concierge team. We love their welcoming and smiling and they keep asking us for anything to help us with, and the reception team and how they greatly help us. And we thank Rabiyah from the Hunger resturant . And all the hotel staff, the location was great .

The receptionist in check in told me they only take lira but next day they accepted dollars from other guests Bad smell from toilet The Hunger restaurant food & service was not as good as the year before But I still like this hotel & location 😊

The lication is great. Property of the hotel is excelent with nice atmosphere. Lobby its too wide, everywhere is so quite just you can listen to music. The staff is extraordinary, polite, kind, smily and you cant hear no noise. There are 2 reastaurants with internatinal food mostly, very nice and quite. The rooms are so spacious, bright and clean.

Everything is excellent except there is no SPA

Gentlemen, I would like to express my sincere thanks and gratitude for the good reception and accommodation you have and for the high level of dealing with me and facilitating reservation matters by the reception staff, and from the luggage and concierge service, and especially to brother Ibrahim for the good handling, without a doubt I will return to this excellent and amazing hotel, thank you  on everything.

location was amazing we enjoyed walking to the marina a lot , the buffet was amazing we loved all the different options of food , room service was good also we also had a gentleman named ibhrahim who was very nice and polite and helped us with everything we needed

no pool or spa area also no kids club in the hotel , we also didn’t get our room until after 4pm which is very late!

Reception: dealing smily and flexible ( I deal with Zuhaj and Fatima ) Restaurant: Every body who I deal with them especially Furkan and Rabiea , they want us to be comfortable all times . great thanks and appreciation for every body in hotel , also morning concierges man very cooperative , night concierges man help us to bring taxi very fast for my son who need hospital
