Berjer Boutique Hotel & Spa

I would like to talk about the staff... What a wonderful staff they have, each and every person in the hotel was extremely kind and amazing... Ayoub since the first moments took care of our reservations, he was always kind and always made sure to help us with out stuff when we arrive to the hotel... Duygu was a sweetheart, very helpful and caring especially with my little girls... I wish I could remember the name of each person of the staff because they were truly amazing, all the staff that stay at the reception! The manager was also very helpful, a true gentleman, you can see him even taking care of the breakfast details... You can see the whole hotel has excellent staff starting with the manager and ending with the whole staff!

the rooms are small but again that is not a problem(it is mentioned that it is a boutique hotel) when you have a super helpful staff and super clean room with all what you need!

The location of the hotel was very good as it was nearby food stores, restaurants and Taksim Square was about a 5 minute walk; This facilitated our journeys to other places because from Taksim Square, we could easily take any method of transportation such as the metro or bus. In addition to that, staff members at the hotel were exceptionally polite and helpful. They were all always available to help in any way possible. I would like to highlight that Ayoub has been extremely kind and has gone out of his way many times to assist us.

Very cooperative and friendly staff. They guided us throughout our trip. Duygu, Serkan and all other staff members ensured our comfortable stay in the hotel. The rooms are slightly smaller compared to the ones shown in the picture but were comfortable enough and had all the amenities.

Although it's not far from Taksim Square but the road has a steep slope which may pose a difficulty for elderly or those with joint problems.

the employees where very kind and helpful as i travel with my family 2 kids between the ages of 3 - 4 it's not always an easy time in the lobby but the staff of berjer hotel make it easy specially Ayob one of the staff member that was so nice with the children’s and helpful

Breakfast is very good Most importantly the staff was very reliable, also I forgot a lot of money in the safe including credit cards they kept everything for me and returned accurate. Well done.

Very small room and also the shower. Even the front door to the shower is not built correctly - room 502

I'm the type who travels a lot. I am very delicate with hotels, but this hotel is super good and cheap and not least very clean and insanely good location and really good customer service, can definitely be recommended. Sincerely. M.Barraj / Denmark.

Just a short walk of Taksim Sq, and close to the metro to go to Sultanahmet. Breakfast was great, with plenty of options.

Staff was not friendly or engaging. Cleaning could be improved.

The location is great, the facilities are great (pool, massage, sauna, steam room), and the breakfast is good.

The walls are really thin, so you can easily hear your neighbors speak and hear people walk the hallways. This can be very annoying.

Spa atmosphere is great. Friendly staff.

While the bathrooms of the rooms are renovated and perfectly cleaned, the mattresses in some of the rooms need to be changed, as they are pretty old.

It was immaculately clean, the staff were amazing especially Serbon who was very attentive and helpful during our stay.
