The location was great ! The breakfast not the best one ,but not the worst either.
The room was very small and dark . The bed was horible . Aslo the bathroom very neglected and dirty.

Just opposite to Askaray Tram, Bed is comfortable. Staffs are friendly.....
Hotel is not maintained well, Very dirty. Floor is too sticky, you can feel the dirty sticky feeling with Barefoot. Smoke smell in the room. On Lobby when you entering feel drainage smell. The worst shower i had experienced, it's like magic fountain, you will get hot and cold water alternatively with variable speed, If you come on winter ❄️, definitely will be in trouble They are rated 8.5 in booking.com on 2015.(this may rated on their beginning, Don't judge this rating may applicable now) And said this is 3*. Don't now how this hotel rated with 3 *. Towel and blanket are very old and with hole , Breakfast is ok. Room don't have safety lock inside, there is no privacy at all. NOT WORTH IT FOR MONEY.

I didn't like the fact that i could hear a very loud music playing after 10 pm and my sleep was disturbed through phone calls from the reception just because someone claimed I didn't pay for my taxi from the airport to their hotel

The staffs are very helpful especially Mr.Imran
the smell of the pillow cover is too bad and the hair from previous customers on all the mattress covers, the refrigerator stopped after 3 days and they did not change it.
