Good Location near Alkhour Rooms are traditional decorated Excellent Breakfast & keeping changing every day. Restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful Special Tracy from africa & Mohamed from Egypt.

Housekeeping staff are very slow and not helpful..i called twice through operater i wanted soap and shampoo but no body came ,then I had to go down to reception to complain.. And the next day i put a tag to clean the room, but no body came to clean it.

We stayed at this hotel for 8 nights. It was a good choice, unlike most of the hotels in the region in the same price range. This hotel has an atypical charm. Built in an ancient style and situated above a souk. The pool was on the roof of one of the neighboring hotels, and could be reached either by a 15-minute walk from our room, or by taking a buggy from the reception. What we appreciated most was the attitude of the staff, all very nice and friendly. always ready to help. Unfortunately, I can't remember everyone's names, but I can at least mention Sameh and Anusha and eveyone from the breakfast team. The breakfast had many choices.

The toilets smelled a bit because of the sewage.

This was my second time staying here and the experience was as good as the first one (despite the hot weather!). The rooms are great, the staff (especially Sunita at check-in) is lovely and overall the property is a wonderful place to stay. The breakfast at Sabaa is highly recommended.

Very small feedback but the room should have amenities like the vanity kit without a customer having to call and ask.

The most beautiful location in Dubai. The hotel showcases an amazing combination of the old Dubai heritage feel and modern features and comfort. The hotel staff are the most welcoming and professional, each and everyone from reception staff to room service has made our experience so pleasant, they have attended to all our needs very well.

The pool is located in a different hotel close by, but that wasn’t a problem cause the hotel staff can provide you a lift there.

Me & my husband had the best time there. it was very beautiful ...both comfort & aesthetics wise! Al-Seef has been my favorite part about Dubai! Concierge Hasan made things easier for us & he made us feel home. We're heartily thankful to him & Mr. Mahmoud from the reception as well. Thank you for everything & just so you know, we planned to extend our trip & we're booking to stay in Al-Seef again. The entire place feels like a dream that I want to keep coming back again & again!

1. They must add more variation in the breakfast menu. It gets dull if you stay more than 2-3days. 2. In case of emergency needs like water, buggy or room card not working, it's a little hard to find someone instantly. Calls from the rooms should be attended instantly from housekeeping & reception & definitely not via automated messages or operators.

The place was exceptional. It is located by the Dubai creek in the historic district and it retains the history in every bit of the architecture, design and decor. While it transports you back in time, it provides you all modern amenities you would expect from a Hilton hotel. The staff are really helpful, making the stay even more delightful.

The rooms are located across the market requiring you to walk on foot back to reception or wait for a buggy/cart. The frequency of these buggies are too less and you might have to wait especially at busy hours (check in/check out) before you get a buggy.

this hotel is in an amazingly unique location with a very authentic Arabian concept first of all the staff are extremely welcoming, Alla at the reception was very sweet and accommodating, she made sure we were comfortable. Caesar gave us a a welcome tour by buggy around the hotel and it felt very personal. The room itself is beautiful, every bit of decoration has been thoughtfully put together and the room looks like something out of Aladdin. They provide lots of water bottles and have delicious food at the hôtel restaurant. The location is in the heart of Al fahidi heritage village, there are so many shops and restaurants you will never fall short of choice. Highly recommend this to tourists and locals alike, you have to try this hotel, even if you live nearby or it’s just for one night.

I loved the location in the old part of town, and the breakfast had so many lovely options to choose from. It was about a 20-30 min taxi ride to Downtown, depending on traffic, and about 30-40 to Jumeirah Beach, but I liked being in the old area so it didn't bother me. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I had an early flight and was going to miss breakfast on the last day and so they made up a Breakfast Box for me to take.

The worst thing was a couple of musicians singing and playing right outside my window from 4-11pm each day. It was very loud and meant I couldn't go to sleep until they'd finished. They are a tourist attraction but not so pleasant right outside your room for hours each day. If you get room 205 (or the one next to it) I'd ask to change!

The location is fantastic: very romantic and relaxing; surrounded by Bedouin style architecture, small shops, restaurants, and soft glow street lights. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated in Bedouin style. I really enjoyed staying in it. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great.

I've booked the room with a creek view for two night, but was asked to move to another room very next day as someone else has booked the whole unit for some private occasion. There were some issues with plumbing in one of the rooms I was staying. The water in the shower didn't drain fast enough, creating a water pool that was almost flooded the entire bathroom. The A/C in the same room didn't work and a traditional ventilator attached to the ceiling just didn't work (I guess it was just for decor).

This is definitely a unique experience. I love the rustic, heritage theme. They managed to incorporate the traditional look with a modern hotel feel. The hotel is very clean and tidy... the room felt comfortable. I only had a bit of an issue with the AC as I couldn't get it to reduce the temperature. The room and bathroom are special. The staff is very friendly and professional. I was very surprised when I was walking towards the hotel and one of the staff members stopped by in their golf car and asked if I'm heading to their hotel, so they dropped me off. Pool facilities are great, although not in a nearby proximity of your room, but you can always request staff to drop-off/pick-up.

The location is convenient if you want to explore the old town or you travel everywhere by car, but if need to take public transport (especially the train) it is not very convenient. Dubai is not very convenient for walking as it is very hot. Although the staff can drop you off, the facilities are not close by. For example, on the last day, I wanted to take a shower, but I had to ask the staff to drop me off at a nearby hotel that had showers.
