That i wasnt able to check out at 3pm despite the fact that I am regularly booking that hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my entire stay. They were always available to answer any questions and provide recommendations for things to do in the area. The location of the hotel was also excellent. It was situated between two metro stations, making it very convenient for me to explore the city. I was able to easily get to all of the major tourist attractions and shopping districts. Although there was a small problem with the E-Key during my stay, the staff were quick to resolve the issue and ensure that my stay was not impacted. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Everyone was friendly (reception, kitchen guys, cleaners), i asked several times to bring me milk powder and every time i got it (i like tea with milk). I left my luggage morning and collected evening, so they have provided stickers with indicated numbers of bags, name, etc. Evening i came and got refreshed, changed my clothes before my flight.

Location is good 5-7 mins walking to metro, although the area is poor and old and doesn`t seem safe in the evening. Hotel newly renovated.

Breakfast could have more choice, from healthy food there were: eggs, hummus, fresh veggies, baked potatoes and fruit salad. All the rest were bread, sausages, bakery and something indian (spicy and not very fresh). Bathroom wasn`t perfectly clean. Also, the walls are very thin as I heard other guests screaming at night which didn`t let me sleep.

Everything is amazing. Great value for money in this hotel. Clean and neat - from lobby, hallways, elevators to rooms. All hotel staff are true professionals. Reception front desk are friendly and ready to help in a second. Housekeeping is doing perfect job - rooms are very clean and neat. Every day the rooms are refreshed and look like new. A pleasure to stay at this hotel. Restaurant is cozy and the staff is very good. The location is nice. Quiet area. The rooms are quiet. Good WiFi, great air condition. Supermarket 2 minutes away. Two important metro stations near by. Burjuman metro station (red line) is 700m away. Shops, hypermarkets, supermarkets, restaurants and more - everything at a walking distance.

The TV channel list is analog and a limited in terms of channels in English.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good enough.

The area is a bit creepy at night, streets are dark, it takes a good walk to the subway.

The rooms were clean and the staff were very nice, good access to the metro and the room was quiet. Facilities are clean and comfortable and my check-in and check-out was fast and easy.

The neighborhood is a bit strange. It is not like other parts of dubai. I think it is an Indian neighborhood. The restaurant is not open 24/7 and there were some problems with my room access key. These are all minor issues. My only problem was that they didn't respond to my messages through booking.com

The room was as beautiful as the photos and the staff were always friendly and courteous. The breakfast buffet was good. I would recommend this hotel.

I don't think there are other facilities such as a gym. Not even sure if they serve lunch or dinner and I stayed there for 5 nights. They should advertise what facilities they offer aside from the beautiful room 😊.

It was a great choice. First of all, I would like to thank all the stuff for their help and kindness. The staff at the reception were very polite, helpful and friendly towards us. The rooms were extremely clean, quiet, comfortable and new. They allowed us to check in early. The location of the hotel was close to 2 metro stations. it was a safe place and there were many possibilities. Breakfast was very satisfying and the staff in the restaurant was very friendly and helpful. Thank you again for everything.

very kind and well educated staff in hospitality , even roomservice was amazingly good, a super quiet area, comfortable bed and for a very good price you have all you need to sleep well

it’s old, nothing wrong with it… the bathroom has black mold on the walls so the deep cleaning is impossible, but the daily cleaning is perfectly done.
