Good location and nice view from room. room clean and spacious specially house keeping staff Mr. Arafat he is very nice and humble .

I didn't like about the behaviour the pool attendent staff Mr john he is very rude. specially he didn't know how behave with the children. he always busy with his mobile and misbehave with the visitors.

I like my room ,very big and beautifull, barcony very big , and the buffe also good and pocket friendly, and all the staffs are friendly ,jimmy and mr john thank you plus all the cleaners did a grate job.

The suana room is not clean, the welcoming area needs renovation

The room was comfortable and clean. I enjoyed the wifi. On my arrival, after 10 pm, I was advised that my booking had been cancelled, a reservation that I made a while before travelling. Before my departure, I didn't receive any email notifying me of the cancellation. I was very upset and did not have any place to stay the night of my arrival in Dubai. I have never experienced this before. I've stayed with your hotel before and have only had good experiences but this was a first. The gentleman at reception, Qamar I think tried everything to assist me in finding a place for the night, he called other hotels in the area. I too went walking from hotel to hotel to try and find a room but found nothing. Eventually the staff accommodated me in the prayer room where I prayed through the last hours of the night. I am very grateful for that, alhamdullilah. Whilst sitting in the reception, calling other hotels, a number of people arrived only to find their bookings had also been cancelled. This was very disappointing. As a Muslim woman in niqab, travelling alone, it was very scary.

I didn't like the fact that my booking was cancelled and I was only advised on the night of my arrival, leaving me with no place to stay for the night. Communication can be improved. If I had known prior to my travel, I would have been in a better position to make other arrangements for my accommodation. If it hadn't been for the staff, who made my stay so much easier and better, I would have been miserable. A big thank you to them, I really appreciated all they did for me. I am however, still concerned about making future bookings as I am concerned about this happening again.

The hotel location is fantastic. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable with a fantastic view. The staff at this hotel were amazing especially Tulu who went over and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel.

I have booked 3 rooms total for six or seven person My card was having some issues , when I request the Hotel through booking.com messanger to maintain my booking as I will pay it by cash They were so nice to keep the booking Which was total amount 8000+ AED As we arrived at night card was still not working The recipient take just 1000$ as deposit and give us the rooms By the 2 Nd or 3rd day we pay the hotel full amount of 8000+ AED Such a nice gesture of the Hotel management and it's team No question asked They trusted us & We respect that Thanks to the Hotel and it's Management and it's team.

The location was perfect. Near the metro station, the creek and just about everything. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. The receptionists, the guards, the housekeeping, and the concierges. Just everybody in this hotel. Special mention to these people: Haidee, Qamar, Aquib, Naseer, Ismail, Mylene, Ganesh, Jimmy, and Jude. Keep up the good work! Thank you for not only doing your job but being kind and nice to your guests. Kindness doesn't cost anything. Best Western Plus Pearl Creek Hotel owner and or the manager should be proud of you guys. Hopefully you are all paid well. The breakfast were not really for us. We only tried it one time, on our first day.

I have selected BW out of many selection. So i am not regret of my selection. Breakfast was good with big spread. Location is close to metro station by walking distance and can go to wherever i wanted. room is good, clean and comfortable. Front desk manager Mr. Nazeer is very pleasant and helping to all guest with smile. Jimmy and Ms Analyn too also very polite and good in their job.

The staff were very kind and the service was always quick. Aquib the room boy was very efficient, nice and helpful. We wish him the best and he deserves high praise.

Someone in the hotel would smoke at night and the fire alarm would go off waking up the whole building. It sounded very scary. This happened 2 times during our stay. The restaurant on the M floor is very slow when ordering in person. Wait time is 30minutes

In fact,,the room cleaners are very helpful.and the breakefast too was ok but expensive. They should try to reduce the price of the food. The location of the hotel is perfect especially the back entrance and the basement park is ok.

There were no scale to weigh my luggage I have to call several times for the room service personnel to bring and return as soon as I finished. At least they should provide the weigh scale at the reception for everyone who need it.

We like to stay this hotel always room boys mr sajjad and Praboo cleaning our room without any complaints driver in night Mr Ali and Jimmy always available in lobby to help the customers receptionist Mr Qamar and Naseer miss analyn always giving a cute smile ☺ with warm welcome
