Landmark Plaza Hotel

Very close to the metro station, 24/7 supermarkets close by, restaurants around the hotel which are open till late, friendly staff, always ready to help. Our cleaner was really good - cleaned and refilled toiletries everyday. Thank you Dinesh Bista.

Great place foir anyone who likes urban chaos a busy streets. Hotel is old, also furniture, but they clean it very good. But age is obvious,some damage here and there and wear. You have all things like in 3 star hotel - cleaning,hygienic stuff,bed linen,everything. It's just old,like in your grandma"s house. But place is great,right on Banyias square - park,metro,shops,food,close is big modern mall. Be aware this is different part of Dubai. Lots of Indian people on streets. Streets are clean and maintained, but it"s not posh and shiny like you see Dubai in TV. I felt safe. No criminality, no homeless, no drunks. For such low price,close to metro,great atmosphere outside

Location was good and house keeping staff they were very nice and helpful.

First off all I would like to say that the receptionist they never answer our call never and we have to go down to tell them, I never been in hotel that don't answered calls in dubai

The breakfast is the same and nothing special , The daily cleaning of the room was impeccable ! Amir always made sure everything was in order ! We thank him from the bottom of our hearts for his care !

There are small cockroaches in the bathroom

Location of the property, with particular regard to my own area of activity is suitable. Regarding the other facilities, it's been a mixture of good, bad and bearable. Overall, Not Bad!

I was allocated room 806 at 8th floor, where the water pressure in the bathroom was very low; so getting shower remained very difficult. Breakfast and lunch were just bearable; not much variety, served dis-orderly.

Their house keeping is excellent.....specially Mr. Amin who really worked hard to ensure your stay was great

Location = just across the metro station, easy to access by public transport. Room = Good enough for solo traveler Cleanliness = good but can be improved for better.

Breakfast = need to be improved to capture all kind of nations. Toiletry Item needs to be improved. Hotel room slipper if possible.

I didn’t like the lobby it was too hot and the elevator had no fan the elevator was out of device for Almost 2 hous

Very close to all facilities, just a walking distance to all market. Also right next to the Baniyas metro station, transport to all major attractions in dubai
