Riviera Hotel

Travelled from the UK and stayed at Riveria for 10 nights. The rooms were spacious with comfy beds and cleaned everyday. Reception lady and Mr Waleed were always welcoming and extremely helpful. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice both Ahmed's in restaurant provided exceptional service. I express my sincere thanks to all staff who were outstanding thank you for your kind hospitality. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

This is my second stay in this hotel which means definitely I like the place. Th staff are very friendly and open to help guests at all time. Whenever come from out side of meet any of them they just greet with respect and ask if we needed any help. Almost each day I received call from front desk asking if I needed any help or how am i doing. They are simply amazing I felt like I'm in home it's really remarkable. In terms of facility they have a gym and a great restaurant. The location is simply very good for those who visit for shopping experiences in Dubai. The place is located near port and souk area so easy access to wholesalers.

I had an exceptional stay at Riviera. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff, managed by ahmed khaled, provided a warm welcome and seamless check-in process. The level of professionalism and attentiveness throughout my stay was truly commendable. The attention to detail in the room's cleanliness and amenities was impeccable. Wael mustafa, the manager on duty, ensured that all my needs were met and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The Creek views from terrace are absolutely amazing. Quiet and peaceful place. Exceptional service. My room was immaculate on a daily basis and the receptionist was very friendly and also extremely helpful.

The only downside was the terrace AC ( too hot fan air)

Has fantastic view, tidy,clean. Staff are cooperative.

Bathroom need what we call (shattaf) beside toilet. Also T.V. There’s only one channel available. Thanks.

It will be my next choice again for Vacation. Everything about the hotel. From hotel to local area everything was nice. Hotel is classic and beautiful. You can take a lot of pictures in the lobby. Room was good and we got the front creek view. Which was beautiful both in day light and in night. Water texi was on a walking distance. Gold souk, Al seef market (the beauty of this area) was just 5 min away through water texi. You will find all local shops with restaurants on a walking distance which will make your vacation comfortable and enjoyable. Hotel is cost effective so you can spend more on attractions. I also booked a hotel in Barsha Hights which as per area was beautiful but it didn't have the local area to explore and it was expensive. So better to stay in Riviera Hotel and spend on attractions. Will definitely chose the same hotel again.

Staying in Riviera Hotel was one of my best experiences in Dubai. - Starting from the Booking process, a special thanks for Mr. Wael Mostafa "Sales Manager" for his professionalism and full support to ease the booking and payment process. - The check-in & check-out process were fast, a special thanks to Mr. Waleed "recieptioner" as he was very supportive. Also the rest of the staff were always very friendly and supportive as well. - The stay and facility were great, New Year eve was unforgotable watching the fireworks from our room's balcony. - Housekeeping & Room service were very efficiant and fast. rooms were clean and comfort, and the hotel enviroment was family friendly.

- Unfortuanetly, Riviera hotel has no private car parking, so we had to park in the opposite side of street. However, finding an available slot is very challenging at street parking areas in Dubai. Hopefully the Hotel management find a solution for their guest car parking. - The WIFI speed needs an improvement.

Beautifully finished common areas. Clean and tidy throughout the hotel and rooms. Staff are all very friendly and have pride in their property and work. Located within easy walking distance to the souks and the metro stations (and only 20 mins from the airport!). I was upgraded to a suite on arrival, which was nice. Good comfy bed and lots of bathroom amenities. Delicious Arabic coffee. Huge shout out and thanks to Ahmed who acts as an excellent face of the hotel and is always on hand to give local guidance and assistance.

I stayed at the beginning of the down season, so the hotel wasn't that busy. I think given this, the breakfast and dinner options probably could have been improved, however I left both sittings well fed! My room had a balcony, though would have been nice to have a table and chair on it.
