Centro Barsha - by Rotana

Comfortable in general. Clean, quite and counts with an excellent location. There are very good value for money restaurants around the area, and the staff people are very welcoming, kind and helpful.

There was nothing I could say that I didn't like. I just didn't get to use the pool and gym, unfortunately, so I'd skip having an opinion on this matter.

If you want to book a hotel where the room has sunlight and a view of the city, and where the staff makes you feel so special with a fantastic smile and even prepares breakfast and tea with ginger and lemon, Centro Barsha is the hotel to book.

Maybe add to the breakfast menu by adding different cut fruit.

Value against money

No proper sound isolation between rooms, i even had to change my room because the next room guest was speaking in phone and i was able to hear every single word of his conversation...hhhh However, the staff responded and changed my room to another clean and proper room immediately.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and quiet room, breakfast, pool, walking distance from metro and Dubai attractions 🙂 I really enjoyed my 8 day trip with my sister, as she visited Dubai for the first time. Hope to see you again!

We stayed in Centro several times before, so this time we decided to stay here again. We like the location of the hotel: it is within a walking distance to the Mall of the Emirates, about 20-min drive to JBR and to downtown. At breakfast there is a good selection of food (eggs, pancakes, yoghurt, cereals, fruit, vegetables, national cuisine, etc.). There is a swimming pool at the rooftop and a gym. The rooms are good, staff is very helpful, cleaning is done every day.

The swimming pool is only open until 7 pm. We thought of going to swim after workout at the gym, but it turned out it closes early. The rooms are fine, though they might seem a little shabby as the hotel is not new. We are ok with it, because everything else (staff, service, atmosphere, food, location, etc.) is a perfect value for money.

We were really pleased with our stay at the Centro by Rotona Barsha Dubai as it is a very nice hotel, modern and with all the facilities needed. It is ideally situated for visiting the many sights in Dubai as it is just round the corner from the station and the hop on/off on busses. The staff are very good, especially the Reception staff who were very friendly and helpful.

I was living here 3 weeks. I think the rating of the hotel is less than what it is. Absolute correspondence of price and quality. The rooms are clean, new, without foreign smells. The pool is also clean and comfortable. Yes, the Mosque is close, but it didn’t bother me, I got used to it in the second week, I didn’t even notice it. It's ok to walk 6-10 minutes to the Metro. The staff is very friendly. I have chronic pancreatitis, I asked to cook fish as steamed and without adding oil, they did not refuse, they cooked everything, despite the fact that this was not on the menu.

The position is close to the subway station. Not the best tourist area, but you can find everything around, can also walk to Mall of Emirates! The cleaning staff were so nice, every time I met them, were so polite and every time I asked them to do /or not to do something they followed ( es: not clean my room for a day, change only 1 towel, have more water or coffe etc) Not sure about the breakfast, cuz I didn’t use it. Small basic gym and swimming pool and the most important very clean rooms! There is also a lounge but I just used the hotel to sleep. Good deal for the prince! recommended

There are some rooms without natural light, they have like indoor view, it’s like a square and the room inside have the indoor patio/restaurant view and it’s not so nice. That was my case, I guess all the uneven rooms nr have the indoor view, I was 515, but anyway it’s just because of the light. I would prefer to have a window with actually light, but that’s it. Nothing else to complain about.

Sandrah the housekeeper on the 6th floor was extra friendly and helpful on everything. Room was exactly like photos, mattress soft and comfortable (not a fan of the memory foam pillows though), bathroom was clean and working as it should.

While the hotel has a laundry room that guests can use themselves for free bringing their own detergent, it wasn't made public knowledge. The usual hotel laundry service, while perfectly reasonable for higher end items like suits or silk clothes, is unreasonably expensive for normal items like t-shirts or jeans.
