Al Khoory Atrium

Excellent price-service ratio, it is not luxurious, however comfortable and clean rooms, 5 min. walk to the metro station, kind staff, swimming pool is not big, however, with beautiful Dubai typical urban view, small cafes/restaurants around. This was my second stay at this hotel within 5 months, and I would choose the same hotel, if I have the chance to visit Dubai for a third time.

I would like to recommend the hotel management to buy new towels and to throw the old ones. For sure, the old ones are clean, but they definitely don't look very pleasant.

The rooms were clean and the staff were really nice. There is only 1 thing I didn’t like, during our check in I ask one of the staff in the front desk if its allowed to have visitors come over but they will not be doing the overnight stay ofcrse. The guy told us it’s not allowed and we can just meet them at the lobby. But one of my friend already stayed in this hotel before so we got a little confused because according to her it was allowed and it made her a little upset. But when evening came, when that guy in the front desk is not on duty anymore, our friends came over and the reception only asked their IDs and allowed them to our room. Aside from this, the over all stay is really good and relaxing.

Reception staff very welcoming esp Ashitha, Boumedien,Ram, Larisha. The concierge and security guys Peter and Theirre were amazing. So so helpful. House keeping team are also wonderful. Look it’s a great hotel and you won’t go wrong. Taxi to Mall of Emirates is £2.50 (12aed) but you can walk in cooler months. There’s everything you need in walking distance. The hotel restraint Spices does excellent food; wraps, butter chicken and pan grilled chicken are my favourites. This is my 6th time at this hotel and it just keeps getting better. Lovely safe area as well.

Everything at Alkhoory was amazing. Starting from the way we were treated at the reception. We received alot of gift vouchers for drinks and ice cream. The Manager saw that we have kids with us so they were extra nice and pampering. Our room was upgraded from Superior to Deluxe without even asking. The rooms were very very tidy and clean with amazing ambiance and freshening fragrance. No smoke or alcohol smells was the biggest turn on for us because we were with kids. Thank you very much to the Management and specially the manager on duty who made our lives easy.

Since the pool was on the top floor and the guests were using the same lifts, sometimes, the lifts were very wet and dirty due to the guests going from the pool back to their rooms. (Minor problem :) )

That is the second time I stayed at AL KHOORY ATRIUM, I really like the style, space & ambience of this chain of hotels. The staff are always so helpful,& attentive. The rooms are always clean, spacious, &comfortable plus with a bath in the bathroom! The interior colurs are bright &uplifting! The breakfast is delicious with a huge spread of flavours, for all tastes. I also ate dinner, & that too was so tasty and inexpensive. This is a budget friendly chain of hotels I look forward to returning.

The only thing I would say is please give us a room away from the elevators,, as I could hear people coming in& out of them. Also more tea choices in the rooms, like mint, or green, Please!

As a overall everything was good, check in was fast and easy specially Mr Viju from reception gave us a nice service starting from the check in until the check out ,the room was very spacious and clean ,further the swimming pool was really nice and we enjoyed the stay , hopefully we’ll be back again

the only thing that I was surprised regarding the service charge collected from the In room dining for delivering the plates and cutleries , as a four star property I believe the property should attend to that because it is a part of guest service ,atleast if it is disposable items it is fine ….apart from that all was perfect.

the staff are amazing, Omar at front desk went the extra mile. also Adnan in the restaurant is amazing. the rooms are big. great location. clean rooms. i came for business but i believe its suitable for families.

the fridge in the room doesn't cool. the breakfast buffet doesn't have a good variety of food specially for allergies or lactose free options and the coffee doesnt taste good. i wish there is an employee or a coach at the gym, some machines require Maintenace.

I would like to give 5 Star to the 2 staff who assisted me during my stay. The first one is Sushanta, who is a master housekeeper leaving my room dirt-free, he has showed positive attitude, conversing to guest which adds to a personal touch. The second one is Catherine, whos ready to assist after a sweaty day outside the hotel, handing me a bottle of water which is very helpful and I felt appreciated. Thank you for your warm smile and makin my stay a homey feels. Kuds Al Khoory!

I asked a new housekeeper to cleaned my room with me inside, she did not even changed my linens, she just arrange and straightened it. Is that the standard?

The level of customer service is outstanding. It's across the board, from reception to housekeeping, to security officers, to in house dining to conceierge services. I would like to personally thank Mr. Kishor, Mr. Irshad, Ms. Shital, Mr. Sasi, Mr. Bijkal (? in house dining) and many others whose names I did not managed to get. I didn't opt for the breakfast but anytime I ordered from the kitchen, the food exceeded my expectations. The egg choice for breakfast was one of my favourite meals. The cleanliness is of a much higher standard now than it was when I had stayed previously. The Atrium is home away from home and I would not have checked out if it wasn't for the fact that I needed access to a kitchen and washing machine. Thank you to all staff. I'm looking forward to my next stay.

Parking is available but it's a little tight to get in and out of. Larger parking bays may be a good idea when renovating.
