whole room service staff needs to be fired. this was my 5 or 6th stay in this hotel. every time the towels were missing and I had to request multiple times before they were delivered. this time even the soap was not there. I am not sure how to react to this other than not staying here in the future.

Overall, my stay at the Grand Excelsior Hotel has been one of the best hotel experiences I've had. The combination of spacious rooms and outstanding service makes this hotel a top choice. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Al Barsha, and I'm already looking forward to my next stay here.

Keep up the good work; so far, there's nothing significant to improve. I love the Christmas tree and the decorations. I haven't had the chance to visit the Lounge yet, but I'm pretty sure it's as exceptional as the rest of the hotel.

During my stay from, I was thoroughly impressed with the Grand Excelsior Hotel Al Barsha. The aspect that stood out the most was the spaciousness of the room and the bathroom. It was not just large, but also well-equipped with everything one could need. The comfort of the bed deserves a special mention - it was incredibly cozy, ensuring a restful sleep every night. The daily housekeeping service was impeccable, maintaining the room in pristine condition. Additionally, the hotel boasts a Pub on the ground floor, which became my favorite weekend spot. Enjoying a beer during the happy hour before 08:00 p.m. was always a treat. The breakfast buffet was another highlight of my stay. It truly lived up to the hotel's motto of "enjoying Arab hospitality". From the front desk to the bar and restaurant service, the staff consistently made me feel welcomed and valued. Their attention to detail and genuine care enhanced the overall experience.

The one aspect that I found slightly uncomfortable was the height of the desk in the room. It was a bit too high for my preference, making it somewhat challenging to work comfortably. This was a small issue in an otherwise exceptional stay.

The recption girl updated me for best room there, she were smilling, open and helpfully - got allways extra water in room. Shuttle servicevfrom 10am-pick up 1pm from JBR beach. WIFI good. Big bedroom, bathroom with bath all stuff. Bed was soft and comfortable. Concierge the day of arrival was helpfully also all concierge were smilling. Room was clean, easy to charge gadgets. All around-metro, mall,shops Burj al Arab only 15min by taxi. Day to day shop nearby. At swimming pool sun stops around 1pm, closing swimming pool at 6pm.

In booking requested check in around 13o'clock, arrived on 27th of October, 2023 but finally was able check in only at 15o'clock the recption guy allowed. Other hotels checked me earlier where I stayed before. One day shuttle bus to the beach dropped 1h later. At the reception smile only girls not guys.

The hotel’s location was also a major plus, conveniently situated near attractions and dining options. Whether I wanted to explore the city or simply relax at the hotel, everything was within reach. In conclusion, I can’t say enough positive things about this hotel. It’s a true gem, and the reception staff’s Alaa-level helpfulness made my stay exceptional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an outstanding experience.

It's basically a good hotel, I stayed few days initially thinking that I'll switch to another for the rest of the days but then I decided to extend my stay for the next 14 days also. rooms are comfortable and spacious, breakfast is good and a good price too,

service is not that good, whenever I need some assistance like getting an iorn, extra tooth brush, they never brought it.. I had to call at least 2 times after waiting 30-40min. When Im extending the room, I specifically ask for the chair that is showing in their photos because I came for work but I never received... hot water is not that hot but that is understandable

The staff are nice from housekeeping to the gentlemen in security and reception.. great people providing an exceptional standard shops are nearby 1 min walk really affordable drinks and general mini mart goods are so cheap also dry cleaning amenities compared to being in the centre where it is very expensive. you can stay here for a good price and get taxis cheap downtown (taxis without pre-booking just flag them down) within the hotel there’s a traditional Thai club and the dune club. I believe the dune club runs everyday though. It is really busy also affordable great manager there too

Hotel located in the heart of Al Bashra 1 only 5 minutes walking from the Mall of the Emirates. The building looks ugly from the outside, but inside it is 100% Arabian chic with the decoration by gold and marble. Rooms are big and well decorated. Internet connection was stable. The hotel provide free shuttle bus to Jumeirah Public Beach.

The breakfast dishes were quite the same every day. I don't know why, my room cards stopped operated every 2nd or 3rd day of staying. I should regularly ask to refresh it. Sometimes the room service team forgot to change the towels.
