Signature Hotel Al Barsha

The location is perfect, a stone throw to metro station, lots of eateries in the surrounding areas, the staffs were excellent, good customers care, the manager Darrin was so so helpful and willing to go out of his way to help. He help my friend a lot when she had little accident when we went on one of our adventures, he gave her plaster, bandages and asking her how she was even though the accident happened in Abu Dhabi, Ulfat and Nabi the receptionists always having a smile on their face and always respond to us straight away whenever we asked for their assistance. I love everything about this hotel, the warmth, the friendliness of the staffs, the location. I will stay here again and definitely recommend it to family and friends. Darrin, Nabi and Ulfat thank you for your kind hospitality during our stay.

There is nothing, I love everything about the hotel.

Like the overall atmosphere in lobby and clean rooms and toilets. Good and comfortable king bed for us with 3yr old kid, good AC, shower and hot water.good service from staff. Good room service. Carrefour supermarket behind the hotel. Good restaurants nearby.

Less towels in room. Had to keep asking to replace. One day housekeeping said towels were delayed by laundry..customers always need good n clean towel supply. Also faint music from the club on 1st floor could be heard all night even on 4th floor. No room slippers.

I would be happy to write a review about Front Staff Vinod and Mahmoud! I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel where Vinod and Mahmoud were working at the front desk, and I must say, they were truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Vinod and Mahmoud were both incredibly friendly and personable, greeting me with warm smiles and making sure that I had everything I needed for my stay. They were also incredibly knowledgeable about the hotel and the surrounding area, offering excellent recommendations for things to do and see during my visit. What impressed me the most about Vinod and Mahmoud was their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure that I had a great stay. Whether it was providing me with extra towels or helping me with my luggage, they were always willing to help out and make my stay as comfortable as possible. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would especially like to thank Vinod and Mahmoud for their exceptional service. Positive Good staff Clean hotel Parking available Food choices from restaurant are good and budget friendly Negative Loud music from the bar, might be disturbing at night. (Staff is accommodating on this) Pool closes at 6 pm, they can keep it open until 9 pm in summer Bathroom was clean, but can be better

Receptionists were extremely helpful and caring as i remember Waseem and Obeid. complementary upgraded to a nice suite. the place is clean , room size were ok . ordered food and it was good taste and quality free parking were available. location is really great for being next to malls shops and delivery is available by 100s of restaurants around

internet speed is bad around 5 Mbps , room service took around 45 minutes to get me dinner, the hotel rooms needs to be renovated. also many night life figures are there

From the moment I arrived, the reception staff was warm, friendly, and attentive to my needs. They were knowledgeable about the local area and provided helpful recommendations. The hotel staff, including the concierge and housekeeping, were always polite and quick to assist with any requests I had.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an exceptional experience thanks to the wonderful service provided by Vinod Rikjee. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Vinod Rikjee greeted me with a warm smile and took the time to give me a tour of the hotel, pointing out all of the amenities and features. He also took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure that I had everything I needed for my stay. Overall, I was incredibly impressed with the level of service provided by Vinod Rikjee Their attention to detail and friendly demeanor truly made my stay at this hotel a memorable one.
