Location is nice, walking distance to Mall of the Emirates, Metro station ,supermarket, salon, Masjid ,etc, special thanks to Mr. Javeed, Haseeb, room service, cleaning staff, all the people there is like a fried and family, no comment, really good experience to choice akas Inn,

Need to extend the HC timing till 12pm night, and also must have WiFi signal, as many of gust come tired and need to go on top and stay some time but there is no WiFi,also closed 9pm, this is just a advice,

- Very spacious - bed and floor were super clean - the staff were so nice - the bed was so comfortable

- the electric boiler was so rusty and cannot be used for human beings.. and this very hazardous for health - outside noise

The Akas-Inn is ideal for location/access to Dubai with clean rooms, in fact all the positives as shown in section 2 above .

There is nothing that springs to mind that I did not like.

The size of the apartment is larger then expected (~60nm). Separate toilette (in addition to bathroom). Kitchen is large and well equipped .Washing (no dishwasher) machine is available... The internet connection was strong, fast and stable (even on the 4th floor!) The roof pool was clean and warm (heated). Bath towel service worked perfectly.

The pillows are a bit uncomfortable (hard a bit...for us).

The apartment was clean and spacious, comfortable bed with no bugs. Air conditioned rooms. Kitchen with working fridge, induction cookrr, toaster, microwave. Property has small gym, and clean pool on rooftop. Friendly and helpful staff.

2pots had no lids Noise from the traffic on some nights

The staff was excellent, and the apartment was equipped with almost any thing you want while traveling

Lots of space and it had the basics for everything I needed. It is in great location with plenty of restaurants, shops, and other hotels near by. And the Mall of the Emirates is just a few blocks away - with an indoor ski slope! Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

The kitchen space could have used some more utensils/pots and pans like a strainer and even simple bowls. The parking garage is a tight fit if you have a large vehicle, but it's free!

The location is very good, everywhere is within walking distance, Mall of Emirates, Metro so no problem if you don't have a car. Parking is easily accessible and has good security. Excellent value for money.

For the price I paid, I wouldn't complain about anything. The only hotel I've ever been asked to produce a marriage certificate which I found a little strange.
