Vida Emirates Hills

I couldn't have asked for a better stay in Dubai. I was there for work on a big deadline and ended up staying 21 nights instead of just 12 nights. It felt like a home away from home. The service was exceptional, be it from the room service personelle, the pool, or the staff at the door or reception. The hotel smells fabulous, is super clean, provides a delicious breakfast, has great meals for kids (with funny names attached to them), doormen are extremely friendly and courteous and a special shoutout to Smith who always greeted me with a big smile and helpd me. The room itself had a gorgeous view of the beautiful infinity pool with my desk facing that view while I worked. It was super quiet and everytime housekeeping cleaned it, it would smell heavenly. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Dubai. Receptionists were extremely helpful and accommodating while I extended my stay three times. They made sure I was always taken care of. Doormen made sure I had a ride to the airport and that I didn't forget anything in the room before leaving. Thank you for making me feel like I'm home and for providing exceptional service at a decent price. A true gem in the heart of Dubai.

Absolutely nothing. I loved everything about this hotel. I stay in a lot of hotels around the world and this was truly a stay I'll never forget.

It was our third stay at this hotel and we still rate the staff highly. Tariro at the reception, Ni and Sakthi in the restaurant, but also everyone else, were very pleasant and professional. After the room was cleaned, the supervisor came to ask if everything was okay. Good breakfast with the option of choosing from the buffet and/or a la carte. Nice pool, it was heated in January. While during our last stay the complimentary drinking water to the rooms was delivered in plastic bottles, now it was already in reusable glass bottles that were sealed with a sticker with the filling date. "That's one small step for the hotel, one giant leap for ecology".

My negative comments do not mean dissatisfaction. They serve as feedback to improve services... Even on our third visit, the hotel required full payment at check-in and also a deposit for possible consumption in the restaurant. I am not used to such distrustful hotel policy in a hotel of this category. We have already discovered minor technical deficiencies in the room (the lamp on the table was not lit, the shower holder was loose, the hinged door on the cabinet could not be closed...) The terrace of the restaurant has a roof made of wooden slats, on which birds sit and several times they hit us and other guests with their excrement.

I really appreciated the willingness of all staff to help me every time I asked for suggestions or help. The hotel is very clean and located in a good position. We ordered food through room service at 1am and the food was delivered quickly and was delicious. We had an early flight and they prepared a huge breakfast for us to take away. I believe that a hardworking and coordinated staff is what really makes the difference.

My husband and I came to Vida in emirates hills with our kitten (Toasty) to celebrate his birthday. I cannot tell you how accommodating the property is to pets it’s just a perfect place to have your furry ones with you. The in-room dining was excellent and had variety to pick and choose from - this isn’t the case with many hotels nowadays. We ended up losing our kittens bandana in the hotel and they managed to find it and contact us! Thank you to the reception team, housekeeping and in room dining (chefs and service team) for making my husbands 31st birthday a special one !

One comment that could be improved is the crows by the pool area !! The pool facility is great but slightly overrun by crows… I can imagine that’s a point that the service team struggle with on a daily bases especially since there is bites/ food by the pool which attract them even more so.

We opted for Vida Emirates Hills as I had an all weekend golf event. The hotel is very conveniently situated right next to the golf course. When we arrived, we were treated to an upgrade to our room and granted a very late check out the following day. Our suite was amazing and huge!! It overlooked the golf course and hotel pool, safe to say we loved the view. The bed was very comfortable, rooms clean and bathroom equipped with lush towels and basic needs. We ordered room service and must say the food was on point. My partner spent most of the Saturday at the lovely climate controlled pool. We cannot recommend this hotel enough. We truly enjoyed our stay, and the staff made it so much better, always kind and helpful, and even called to check on us and that everything was to our satisfaction. Thank you Vida Emirates Hills, we will be back soon!

Exceeded expectation - best pet friendly hotel. My husband, pet parrot, and I recently stayed at VIDA Emirates Hills Hotel and had an absolutely amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The ambiance of the hotel was beautiful and the breakfast spread was lovely, surpassing all our expectations. Best part was the swimming pool, which was clean and well-maintained. Our room was comfortable and spotlessly clean, with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. But what really stood out was the staff - they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, Every single staff member had a smile on their faces, which was very welcoming. We would highly recommend VIDA Emirates Hills to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. Cheers to the whole team for the wonderful experience, well done and keep it up guys !

I've stayed in three other Vida hotels in Dubai, this one has the best in-room bathrooms and the best staff - polite, helpful and very friendly. Ample outdoor seating space with lovely, big sofas to lounge. You also have the opportunity to choose your mattress - you will receive a relevant email prior to the check in. Make sure you reply, as I made the mistake of not choosing mine and ended up having a very firm one which I did not enjoy. Can't fault the hotel for that though - it was my omission.

Nothing of interest in walking proximity - you'll need a car or taxi at all times. The room had a strong cleaning product smell upon checking in, but the smell was not pleasant. The pool is considerably smaller than what it look like in the photos and the the smell from the hotel's restaurant was coming out on to the sun loungers - I really did not enjoy having to smell fried cooking oil while using the sun loungers. Breakfast was average and not much variety either - I am sure they can do better than that.

Very spacious with lots of bay windows that allow for a lot of sunlight. The staff was very attentive with one thing on their mind: ensure a comfortable stay at the property. The rooms were very clean and neat. Location: close to the marina, with a car or taxi you’re good.

The pillows! This might not be a big issue for many, but the pillows were too hard. The staff tried to provide me with softer pillows but they were still way too hard. Made sleeping a little uncomfortable.

Location is very good with easy access from the highway and close to the palm islands of Dubai and the marina. Rooms are very generously sized, with comfortable beds and good pillows, well soundproofed and with anti-thermic glass and unobtrusive air conditioning that keeps even the hottest Dubai days (44˚C during visit) reasonably under control. Amenities in the room are excellent - with high quality shampoo and soap provided in eco-friendly large containers rather than single-use ones. Good shower, excellent work space, and very good wifi throughout the building. Breakfast is excellent with lots of terrific choices including specially cooked ones and good coffee made fresh by the barista. Abundant, friendly staff always at the ready to assist, and overall one of the best hotel experiences among my 250+ days per year in hotels. Worth a visit, and I will certainly be back again whenever I come to Dubai.
