The location was great and the breakfast in the chapel room was lovely, The room was nicely styled and the bed was very comfortable.

The room was too hot, unfortunately no air-conditioning which would be great as we stayed in the Richard 11 room at the top of the building, there was a fan in the room which gave some rest bite to the heat. The shower was a bit disappointing as it ran very slow and cold, when the dial was turned to get more heat the water pressure dropped even more, unfortunately because the weather was so hot we really needed to have a good working shower.

The service was prompt and well presented, the choices were excellent and the staff were always polite considerate and helpful. The food was fresh and plentiful, we always left feeling well fed.

I can honestly say there was only positive comments to be made, we loved what had been achieved by the owners in adapting the Victorian house into a first class set of suites. The Chapel also was both unique in it's conversion to the area in which we ate our breakfast while retaining much of the Chapel fixtures in a most tasteful manner, we loved the concept the owners have created.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great central location with easy walking to attractions, pubs and restaurants. Modern decor in the room and a very nice modern bathroom. Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits and bottled water provided. Fan provided in the bedroom. Incredible setting for meals and drinks in the beautiful chapel which still has a lot of it's original interior. Great, well cooked breakfast and a good selection of breakfast options with made to order cooked breakfast, cereals, fruit and yoghurt available.

Frosted glass on the window in the bedroom and only one of the bedroom windows opened.

Guests were requested to pre-order cooked breakfast, giving a meal time, to accompany self selected cereals, fruits and yogurts. Benefits of this being freshly cooked to guests specifications.

Pre specifying times might not suit if guests wake early or want to view a specific item on breakfast news around the time they had specified Whilst the cost of breakfast is included for guests booking directly with the hotel but was an additional charge for guests booking via a third party.

The room was nice, we had a nice room on the top floor with some nice views. The breakfast was good and set in a very nice room. The hotel is well located and everything is a short walk away, we wen to a couple of very nice restaurants in a short walk.

We were a little confused at check in, which was a bit awkward but soon got resolved - A sign was missing that told us how to contact the manager for check in - This is really the only issue it was a great stay

This was a cracking find! I've stayed in a lot of posh hotels recently and they just haven't lived up to this place at all. We booked at the last minute for August Bank Holiday and feel incredibly lucky to have been offered a room. We stayed in the Wood room which is small but have no complaints at all. It was spotless with the comfiest bed. The bathroom was spacious and had everything you would need. It's just off the high Street so a really convenient location but it has a lovely terraced area where you can get a wine and really feel like you are on a 5* holiday. Its so peaceful away from the hustle and bustle of the high Street. The bar area in the old Chapel is amazing and has been restored so beautifully. The bar is stocked with really good wine. Staff are lovely. Need I say more?

The b&b it’s in an old historic fascinating building of Conwy, our room was really cozy and coherent with its historic furniture. The tub in the room was the extra on top which we really appreciated after walking all the day. but the real plus of the building is the Old chapel where the restaurant and bar is, having breakfast in such a place it’s simply unbelievable. The staff is also really welcoming and professional.

the only thing we have noticed is that non all the towels were changed

Hidden gem. Room was lovely, and almost everything was made from pews, or recycled stuff. Like the clothes rail, that was an old door frame. Lovely little touches everywhere.

Room was warm, but weather was a bit unusually hot. Flocks of seabirds and crows/jackdaws made a right row in the morning, not the hotels fault of course. No parking at the hotel was also an issue, if you don't like a 10 min walk to car then it's not for you.

A beautiful building, full of character, history and charm. Our room was exceptionally well fitted out: lovely four poster bed, loads of electrical sockets, fan, full length mirror, generous wardrobe, comfortable reading chair, desk for working, good lighting and amazing views. Everything was thoughtful and well considered, including excellent walk in shower and full, stand alone bath. We were in the former chapel part of the B&B, which is full of beautiful woodwork, great photographs etc.

One small downside to consider is that on the chapel side of the B&B ( as opposed to the house side) you have a couple of flights of stairs to walk up, but I thought it was worth it for the stunning views! And help with carrying our luggage was offered, and gratefully accepted. There is no onsite parking, but there is some on street parking, and a couple of public lots only a few minutes away.

The breakfast was a bit extra but it was very good and worth the money. The room was comfortable and clean. While a bit small, that is understandable given it is in a building hundreds of years old. The bathroom was quite modern and very nice. The location was fabulous - less than a block from the main historic street.

The room was small but not uncomfortable. The seagulls at night liked to make noise but one got used to them fairly quickly.
