great location, comfy bed and excellent bath and shower. mini fridge in room with fresh pint of milk. breakfast was fantastic. lovely friendly and helpful staff. the room was very clean overall.

coffee machine did not work plus pods are not provided for the machine, we brought some pods and then the machine did not work. funny mix of 2 plates, one bowl, one wine glass and one normal glass, two spoons and knifes but no forks. mug and spoon stained with tea. parking is difficult, would be helpful to have more information provided about local parking options before arrival.

Great location. Room itself was clean. We had the bath within the room which was nice. Bed was comfy and tea making facilities were good. Breakfast was served in the cafe at 9am. Breakfast was good.

We checked in, in the cafe and it was a bit chaotic. I'd reserved 2 parking spaces ( which had been confirmed) but on our arrival was told they were on a first come first serve basis and had gone to other customers. Which was a tad frustrating 😕. I had chosen this due to having parking. The approach to the rooms were a bit scruffy and the balcony that our friends were in were unusable due to seagull poop.

On our short tour of north Wales, Conwy is an unmissable stop for its historical charm and the beauty of its bay and we booked for one night at number 26. unfortunately we arrived outside the check in time and being dark we had some difficulties with the self check in instructions. the room on the first floor is renovated, spacious and comfortable. comfortable bed and functional bathroom. the breakfast, typical Welsh very good, the only drawback for us was the breakfast time at 9.30 am because we had so many things to visit and we would have liked to take advantage of the hours of the day. overall a great stay.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Large, comfortable room with en-suite bathroom. Modern and clean. A bath in the bedroom provided and extra touch of luxury (though with a huge shower, we would have preferred a table and chair to sit at!) Well appointed and lived having a fridge. Coffee machine got us very excited. Great location, right on the High Street. Easy walking to everything. Lovely breakfast included in the cafe downstairs. Lots of options for dinner… but might be sensible to book!

No coffee pods to use in the machine (apparently difficult to get hold of, which was a fair point). No milk in the fridge so unable to have a cup of coffee or tea (fine if you take your drinks black). Breakfast was served very late (9- 9.30am). All residents arrived at 9am on the dot so the staff struggled to get everything done in a timely manner. That said, they did their best and stayed positive and pleasant despite the pressure. Starting earlier might relieve the mad rush and would be better for people travelling on. Parking on the High Street is timed and limited (but there are good car parks within walking distance with overnight tariffs!)

The property was very bright and spacious it had a lovely home feeling to it very cosy also the bed was extremely comfy! the room came with a beautiful large sized bath and ensuite with shower and all the essentials you could possibly need including a mini fridge! overall the stay couldnt of been better right down to the location a right little hidden gem. and the staff are very attentive and friendly.

The massive bath in the room was amazing! The location could not be more central and is in the middle of Conwys' main attractions and a stones throw away form the train station. The views from the window were lovely. The room was super clean and inviting, exceeding all expectations. All the small things were thought of, such as Milk tea and coffee. A very relaxing ambience with a homly feel. 100% recommend.

Room was beautiful, bed was very comfy ,everything you can ask for on hand . Facilities to offer fantastic staff were fantastic thank you . Breakfast was delicious Cleanliness was spot on.

Only thing which to be honest I wouldn't complain about as there old buildings so I kind of expect it but when using shower in morning (only in morning between 8am-9am) it wasn't as powerful at all times,,, but it was just before breakfast time so you knew everyone was using the water at once . It didn't bother me but I know it would for others ..

The staff were lovely and facilitated a late check out at no extra cost. The room was large and very clean, with lovely decor. It was very quiet being away from the road. The bottled water and fresh milk in the room was a nice touch, however it would have been nice to have had the choice of still as neither of us drink sparkling.The breakfast was delicious and the hotel is in a great location.

The bed was too hard for my taste, but I realise this is a personal preference. There was an odd smell in the room which seemed to be coming from the bathroom. This was quite over powering when you first went in and could have been from the chemicals used to treat and clean the drains. There was nowhere to put anything in the bathroom, even the soap wouldn't stay on the side of the sink due to it's size and shape and it kept slipping into the basin!

Room was clean and had everything needed for the stay. The location cannot be faulted as it is right on the High Street. Breakfast was superb and served hot by both the ladies taking care off us while we were there. The lady cleaner was also very helpful and dealt with our concern about the heat.

As said, location superb but access to our room was via a alleyway two doors down and behind the shops. The route is on a slope with steps and overgrown due to house behind the hotel.

This is a charming bed-and-breakfast you check in at the tea room below. the room is large with a large freestanding bathtub as well as a shower. for such a large space I found the absence of a chair unusual all sitting needs to be done on the bed. The room overlooks the busy pedestrian high Street so I was concerned about noise but all of that noise dissipated by the time I was ready to go to sleep.

I mentioned the street noise earlier but as I said he quieted down starting around 2000-2030
