We were over the moon with Tina.we were told it was breakfast included on booking but then said continental on arrival to hubbys disappointment. Tina jumped to the rescue and we had full endlish all week as did every other guests .thankyou .English breakfast set us up for the day .i

Central location 5 mins walk to promenade. No lift, rooms over 2 floors. Room had everything you needed with refreshments replaced daily. Beds were comfy (not like my own but not complaining). Breakfast was ordered night before but additional items such as fruit/cereals were offered on the day. Cooked breakfast was always hot and freshly prepared. Checking in was easy. Owner very pleasant and nothing too much trouble. Overall a lovely place.

Not enough parking at the B&B but easily found in nearby streets.

The owners were really friendly and helpful the room was spotlessly clean special thank you to Tina who served breakfast every morning the breakfast was delicious facilities spot on cant fault anything would definitely recommend to anyone we would definitely stay again .

quite a few stairs to climb bearing in mind it is a beautifully decorated victorian house but we we made aware there is a ground floor room with easy access

The accommodation was very comfortable and clean. The hosts were welcoming and helpful. The breakfasts were very well cooked and presented. The location is very central so most of the shops, restaurants, pubs etc are within easy reach as is the promenade on the North Shore. The only irritation is the lack of parking. The Senarth has space for 3 cars so if you can;t bag one of these it's a drive around the nearby streets to find one which can be quite difficult.

The parking, but that's not a criticism of the Senarth.

The location was spot on for us, very central to all amenities. The breakfast was superb set us up for the day, very well cooked and presented, nothing too much trouble,

Realise it is near to the end of the season, room just needs a bit of TLC. The window ledge/shelf interior loose and cracked, iron shaped burn on the carpet everything else spot on.

close enough to have a short walk to the town centre but far enough away for it to be quiet and able to park your car easily. the room was very comfortable and the hosts were very friendly. I was very pleased with the price too, considering we were there on a bank holiday weekend and the breakfast was included. would very happily stay again

Lovely friendly hosts. We went on a day trip during our stay and it was too early for breakfast so the lovely hosts made us a packed lunch instead which was very kind of them. Great location. Within easy walking distance of the train station, pier and Orme trams. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend the Senarth to anyone looking to stay at a quality clean and comfy B&B in Llandudno 😁👍🏻

We were welcomed by the friendly hosts and offered help with our luggage. Carys explained how to regulate the heating in our room which was clean and comfortable with a kettle and plenty of resources to make hot drinks. Breakfast was excellent. The position of the hotel could not have been better for us., close to facilities like restaurants and close to the Orme. Carys was particularly helpful in suggesting where my husband could get help for an eye infection.
