Didn't have brekkie. Excellent location

Was anxious about £50 taken if any breakages as had read previous customers had had difficulty getting their money back. Not had this happen at other hotels and think it should stop.

The location of the hotel was great, close by to lots of bars and restaurants. Easy to access the dock area. The staff were helpful. We were charged a £50 deposit for each room with promises to be refunded within 7 days. I hope it is.

The room was too hot with little option of cooling it down. Also the main areas of the hotel we too hot as well.

Bathroom wasn’t as clean as maybe expected

Previous 60th birthday booking for the hotel rearranged due to an influx of 'overseas guests', so thought we would try again as it has been rebranded and reopened. Very pleased we did. Excellent, prime location within easy walking distance to the many restaurants, bars and numerous attractions this City has to offer. Easy checking in service, staff friendly, communal areas clean and tidy. Room on 3rd floor overlooking Seel Street. Spacious, with very comfortable large bed, useful fridge and good size bathroom with excellent shower. Room quite warm during the night but a fan is available. French doors do open for extra airflow, but it can be a little noisy outside due to nearby attractions, nothing to put you off though. A breakfast/dinning room available and bar area in reception, neither used by ourselves so can't comment on them. Overall, a very good couple of days in this hotel, and Liverpool as usual.

Recently painted renovated. Clean and fresh vibes in hotel. Great location close to main shopping and night life (5-10mins walk max). Friendly city. She very present experience in visiting. Close to many breakfast places writing a few minutes walk. I would visit again and stay here. Our room looked into internal courtyard. So I can't soak for rooms facing out of nosey that side.

Naturally warm rooms, but lacks AC for dinner which would have made for a more comfortable stay. But this did not take away from our trip. Room might feel a bit dark for some people, but bathroom had good lighting for makeup etc. Would not let any of these issues deter you to stay.

We came for an impromptu getaway with the dog and we had the perfect cosy escape! The room was clean and spacious and the bed was SO comfortable. Lighting was great and the shower was perfect. A plus on the side, being right on the centre of the city meant access to every takeaway food imaginable and a really short walk to the station in the morning. Big shout out to the staff who were all absolutely lovely!!

It was a bit noisy (our booking was on a Monday) but obviously, it's on Seel street so that was always going to be a given! We kept the windows closed and popped the fan on though and it was fine.

It's easy to find, there's a big if expensive car park very close. Central location is great and the room was smart with a fridge, fan, kettle, good shower and window that actually opened a way, for fresh air! Amazingly comfortable bed! Friendly staff and a cool relaxed atmosphere. Loved it!

I knew it was in a big nightlife area when I booked it, but it is very noisy outside at the weekend. Closing the window helps. Maybe there are rooms further from the main Street that people could have to be further away from the noise which on Saturday night went on till 4am!

The staff were really friendly and approachable. We felt comfortable and in a hotel of really good quality levels accomodation and customer service wise. The location was brilliant-centrally placed too for all we needed/ We wanted to relax but also explore that part of Liverpool. It was ideal for going out-lots of bars and restaurants in close quarters. We could walk back from where we wandered to and had a good base to explore from. Really good value for money and made out break away more relaxed and bespoke to our needs too.

Breakfast was lovely. We just needed a little more explanation-where to sit and what would happen. It was all self service and excellent food/presentation. Not many staff on hand but they probably werent needed that time of day. Again good organisation -just needed a little more communication-we worked it out ourselves so this is a minor details.

Great location right near concert square, no matter what state you’re in after a night out you’ll be able to make it there on foot! Hotel was clean and modern, can tell it’s been renovated to a high standard. The two lads on reception were sound, we had an issue with our room (no fault of theirs) which they dealt with professionally and made sure we were happy with our stay, gave the place a good atmosphere. Check in was fast, no messing about, as was check out. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic room in a fantastic location. The room was huge, the bed was comfy and the sheets were soft. Very close to Bold street, Wood street etc which is convenient. This does mean there is a fair amount of noise from the street outside from people partying (I was there midweek, not even on a weekend) but it wasn't enough to bother me. Staff were friendly and efficient, and they had a separate locked room for luggage which I very much appreciated. This hotel will be my new go-to for Liverpool.

As mentioned in a few other reviews, the room was very hot. A standing fan was provided which wasn't noisy, but still too loud for me personally to sleep with, and the window wouldn't open, which would have helped with some through draught. I still slept well, but this could be an issue for people who get hot at night.
