The room was super nice. The staff in reception were lovely

The Jacuzzi wasn't that clean. When checking out, they didn't have a trolley for clean towels as we just saw them lying on the floor ready perhaps for the next people to check in which was very unhygienic. Also, the deposit scheme took about a week for it to be refunded.

Really close to the nightlife without being too nosy, big spacious rooms, staff very friendly and accommodating, plenty of fresh towels, comfy beds, huge tv, bar downstairs seemed busy and backs off onto a busy alley full of bars / Pubs

Leak outside the room which caused a bad water smell throughout the apartment, VERY dull lights so was hard as 5 girls trying to get ready for a night out, couldn’t open a window for the smells in either the main room or bathroom, carpet was wet from previous clean that had not dried an felt abit sticky, the sofas looks pretty worn out.

The room was super spacious for a family of 4. Massive bathroom with a jacuzzi bath which my 5 year old niece loved! Beds were comfortable, brilliant location in the city centre with everything you need on your doorstep. The staff were so helpful supplying us with a fridge for our room and multiple fans because the room was so hot due to the warm weather.

The only complaint would be that the windows dont open at all so there's literally no air ventilation. Black out blinds or curtains would be better for keeping the room cooler and darker.

Rooms were great size bit dated but bedding and towels were immaculate it's The staff here that made our stay so enjoyable they were absolutely lovely couldn't do enough for us and made us feel extremely welcome. Young lady on reception (the one with glasses) was simply lovely. Polite, Attentive and professional. I Will definitely be back. Can't recommend it enough.

We had a small issue with cleaning that has been missed but it was rectified immediately for us

The room was amazing we were a family of 5. Had 3 bedrooms 2 Jacuzzi baths kitchen absolutly amazing. Would defo return with freinds as great location tonight life. A bit noisy for family's so may not suit everyone but we didn't mind as great central location and excellent value. A great lad on reception cant remember his name only new to Liverpool he couldn't do enough for us extremely helpful

Perfect location, right in the centre of town. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room was extremely spacious and clean with comfortable beds. It was a last minute booking and the value for money was very good.

Shower room was a tiny bit awkward, had to make sure to move the towels and toilet paper out of the way or else they would get wet. However, this wasn't a big issue and plenty of towels were provided.

Beds where super comfy, staff where so helpful and so lovely, everywhere was clean, tv worked, provided fans as was hot, bathroom was lovely and clean and everything worked well

Strange smell when first walking into the hotel room. Mirrors in inconvenient places. No opening windows, could do with air con, but fans helped as it was soo hot. Cant really complain for such a cheap price

Perfect location, friendly staff, comfy beds, convenient keyless entry so that you don't have to worry about losing a key/card. Great value for money!

Room got very warm due to lack of a/c and windows don't open but not too warm where it was unbearable and fans in room. Found a fake eyelash by one of the beds under the night stand that wasn't any of ours.

The room was really spacious and cosy. The beds were comfortable, though a little soft. The TV was really big and a kettle was provided. The bathroom was a good size too.

The shower head did not hold upright and still, which means you had to hold it in your hand , which was not very convenient. BUt if you had a bath, you would not have this problem.

We stayed in room 4 it was for 5 girls on a mini hen. It was perfect, really large room we were all in it getting ready and had tonnes of space. It is right beside Matthew street soo was perfect for a night out shops were only a few minutes away
